When our movers couldn’t put our sleep number bed together, Marcie at the Exton Store came to the rescue in getting a service crew out, and when we had a ten day wait for service she called back 3 times and was able to move the service up to 1day! Who does that these days? Apparently, Marcie the Amazing does! Thanks so much for caring!

I was in the market for a new mattress and after stopping at Sleep Number store I decided to look no further. The reason why?? Number 1 reason: Well because my salesman (Nick) was so patient in answering my questions, so cordial and personable, so no pressure, and so available for follow up inquiries. The competition for this brand is of course Tempurpedic. But my other reasons for choosing Sleep Number are that it has a longer warranty (15 vs 10) and is soooo much lighter. Now I will be able to easily tuck my sheets under my mattress. Looking forward to a good night’s sleep.

We recently purchased our 4th Sleep Number bed, which is to replace our OG bed purchased just about 20 years ago. ( the 2nd and 3rd bed are at our beach house). Obviously we loved Sleep Number beds. They are the best and most comfortable beds ever. I would also like to give a shout out to our saleman, Nick, a great guy. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. He made our purchasing experience top notch. Thanks Nick and thank you Sleep Number for many great nights of restful sleep!!

My wife and I are redecorating our master bedroom and we decided to get a new bed. We stopped into our local Sleep Number store in Exton, Pennsylvania. Nick greeted us and spent almost two hours reviewing all of our different options and the features of each bed model. He was very knowledgeable and personable but not pushy. We so enjoyed our experience talking with Nick that we made the decision to purchase a Climate 360 bed. While we know that Sleep Number has a good reputation, it was really Nick’s knowledge and great caring personality that made our decision. Thank you, Nick! Bravo!

My husband and I recently visited the Exton Sleep Number store, looking for a new bed. We were assisted by Sleep Associate Nikola Djurdjevic. Nick was very personable and very knowledgeable about all the beds and their functionality. He asked us all appropriate questions to find the best bed to meet our needs. Walkin and asked if they carries bed topper. Nick asked me if I have a budget? i have no idea how much they cost. The second i asked what do you have and can you show me? He gave me attitude and talk in an arrogant way. Got one somewhere else for $150!

I came to the sleep number store, not having any foreknowledge of the product except what I've seen in advertisements. Nick greeted me with curiosity and competency and walked me through the technology. After one visit and several telephone and text discussions, I came back in and made the purchase. Nick was extremely helpful, patient, And I probably would not have purchased the bed without having his good counsel.

We purchased a 360 smart bed from the Exton Pa. Sleep Number location. Our sales person was
Nikola (Nick). He is a professional and honest person that is willing to take the time and walk you though all of the models that may meet your needs. His goal was to make sure your selected the best bed for your needs. I am a go big or go home person so I bought 360. If are in the market for this type of bed, visit the Exton location and ask for Nick.
