Update: brought my car in for service. I dropped it off yesterday (Friday) for a 7:15am appointment on Saturday. At noon I called because I hadn’t heard anything. The person in the service department ( I believe his name is Steve) said that they had not even looked at it and my get to it at the end of the day but it wouldn’t be having parts put on until at least Monday. I am completely disgusted. When I asked why it wasn’t worked on considering it had an appointment he said he didn’t know why it wasn’t worked on yesterday. I’ve brought 2 new customers to your dealership and purchased 2 cars with Ron. But I guess it’s time to find a new dealership.
Leased an explorer and couldn’t be happier with it. I take it back to Sloan for all the service work and they couldn’t be nicer.

Horrible service, took my car in for a 10k check up and specifically asked them to look and my tire and complete the recall! Neither were done and turns out I had a nail in my tire mind you they rotated the tires….

We recently picked up our new 2019 Ford mustang, although i’m not the buyer, i was tagging along with my brother. For starters, our sales-man was a very nice guy, who i overall enjoyed!! We ran into a hiccup, that kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. We put a $500 deposit on the vehicle to hold it, thinking the money went towards the vehicle. After the deal was done, we found out (On our own) it actually didn’t go towards the vehicle, at the sale there was no talks of this $500 and where it was. It was almost like the finance department was hoping we’d forget about it, and they would get a nice bonus. Took a week of calls back and forth to finally receive the money. I also don’t like how this dealership bounces back and forth between a salesman, and a financial department. It should be one guy. The rest of the experience was seamless and the salesmen was fantastic!! Just a-little tip guys, let’s make sure we are being thorough with the deals and money, and doing what’s right.

Awesome dealership with awesome people. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership so I didn’t know what to expect but it was a very pleasant experience. I was expecting to be at the dealership all day but Eli made it a quick and easy process.

Bought my 2021 F-150 from Fred Beans Exton new in 21, always had good positive interaction with the sales and service guys. Service there regularly because they are fast, friendly, and keep you informed of the findings and progress. Very happy with my total experience with Fred Beans of Exton.

Had another great experience at Fred Beans this week! I brought my vehicle in on a donut and needed a new tire. They noted that it was time for an oil change and inspection, too, and let me know that my other tires probably needed to be swapped soon too. Christoph brought up a coupon that saved me money on the whole shebang. The entire team is always super friendly, and they fit me in without an appointment. I sat in a cozy chair and got my work done while waited. Will always come back to FB Exton for servicing!
