Purchased a used vehicle online PA to RI. I spoke with the salesman asked to see a video of my vehicle to make sure everything was in working order. I was never showed any damage or wear and tear besides anything that was pictured. When the vehicle was delivered to me I found two chips on a couple of the wheels. Clear spots that won't come off the drivers interior door and seat and part of the dash. I was sold a vehicle missing all four! TPMS sensors which I had to replace out of pocket.Just found out one of my wheels are bent(11-15-23)I let my salesman know Joe Sarmento and all I got was a "sorry about that".I had to push to get warranty information from them through Triton only to find out that the warranty had been put on the vehicle a week after and they could only find the powertrain not the comprehensive. The so-called interior detail they gave was shameful visible dirt inside creases. Cheap oily products used.I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them.Stay away from this stealership.

Christophe was there from beginning to end! He reached out via text to schedule my warranty repair appt which was very convenient. While it feels like there's always "something" that needs to be fixed, I appreciated that Christophe took the time to explain what additional services were needed and why, and that he was honest about what could be done at home vs. in the shop. When I changed my mind a few hours later and decided to move forward with the services, Christophe was a quick text away! The online service approval and payment system was user friendly and efficient. Thank you!

Joe was great! Smooth transaction on two vehicles I purchased from him and was an easy & fast process also very knowledgeable. Recommend visiting if need a ford or used car.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance and to fix a recall. I was planning on waiting for it but needed to order a part. Damion my service advisor arranged for a ride home for me. The part arrived too late to have the car ready so they finished it the next morning and brought the car to me. Amazing customer service

I just picked my truck up after sitting in the dealership parking lot for a week. I never received a phone call from the service advisor on any sort of update. I was the phone to have to call to dig updates out of them. After a week, they said they 'might be able to get to it today'...so I picked it up out of disgust. Zero professionalism, zero respect. Go somewhere else.

DON'T SIGN ANYTHING. Business manager Pat Rachor ran my credit when I told Salesperson Joe Sarmento that they didn't need to run my credit 5 times because I have already set up payment from the bank and down payment in cash to cover the whole cost of the vehicle. I didn't want my credit score to be affected by a credit check. So when it came time for me to go into Pat Rachor's office to sign the paperwork I told Pat that i had a bad experience with Fred Bean in Doylestown, Pa a few years back. He told me that this dealership was different. I started signing the paperwork and he put a piece of paper in front of me that looked like a credit check form and told me that he could beat the bank interest rate by 1/2 a point. I said i told you guys not to run my credit 5 times and his response was don't worry you credit will come back I a month or 2. If I hadn't already signed the Registration and Payment form already I would of stopped the deal right them. so at the end I ask for a copy of Documents and Pat said that I didn't need a copy . So I said are you telling me that you will not give me of all the legal documents I signed and Pat said that I wasn't going to get a copy of the paperwork. I brought a plug in hybrid and they didn't tell me about any EV discounts. Looks like Fred Bean of Exton is a BAD place to go if you look at Yelp reviews. I wish I had checked yelp before going there. ALSO I forgot to tell you that Fred Bean charges of triton security even if you don't want it, what they do is put a little sticker on the body parts and charge you $299.99. I had the Check Engine light come on 2 days after buying the car as seen in the picture. I will revise this review in the future after i get to drive the car for a while. Thank you

I have been going to Fred Beans Ford West Chester for years. Jack Enright, the manager is beyond phenomenal. Jack always assisted us like we were part of his family. When Fred Beans Ford Exton opened I decided to try their service department since it is closer to home. I found out the service was just as good! Christophe has been taking care of servicing our vehicles. I can’t say enough great things about Chrisophe! I get service like we are close friends and always goes above and beyond for what I ask. He is always honest and bonus points for being funny. There were times when I needed a ride back home after dropping the car off and he didn’t hesitate to get one for me. Christophe has even gone to the extent of cleaning my car himself when detail was too busy. I am beyond pleased with the way customers are treated here!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I took my car in for service, spent just about $1,800 to repair my vehicle. Drove the car one day and the warning lights came back on. After them having the car for a few days and driving it 70 miles, they ended up telling me that the warning lights mean nothing if they come back on, because there were no codes remaining, and the car was fine. The kicker.... when I came to get my car from the lot, I started up my car and saw that THEY LEFT ME WITH ONE MILE TILL EMPTY OF GAS IN MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!! ONE MILE.... ONE!!!!!!! I'm just blown away. When I brought it to their attention, they all just stared at me with blank faces and said nothing. HAHA what a joke these people are. Couldn't possibly care any less about their customers. UNREAL

I just bought a 2021 F150 tremor from this dealership. Trever was my sales rep and he was awesome! Very easy to talk to and easy to work with and very down to earth. Pat worked out the numbers to get the truck I wanted for the payment I wanted and overall thanks to both of them I had an amazing car buying experience! Could not be happier thank you!

This is the best dealership on the planet. Period.After purchasing my Bronco from them my life changed. I gained 15 pounds of muscle, my hair grew back, got a second girlfriend, and finally defeated my arch nemesis.I wanted to drive my new Bronco up a volcano. The sales team assured me that wasn NOT a great idea. So I did it anyway, killed a dragon at the peak and brought its talons back down to the dealership to have mounted to the hood.The guys we impressed but I assured them I couldn’t have done it without their amazing ability to sell me this SUV.If you go to any other Ford dealership you are a n****

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F 150 from Fred Beans Ford of Exton. I knew I was going to buy from Fred Beans because of their expansive selection. I had the pleasure to deal with Joe Sarmento. He was fabulous. He guided me through the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the technology with the new truck. He set up mine and my wifes phones to the blood tooth, as well as setting our Ford Pass app. He explained all of the features thoroughly and was genuinely a great guy. I would recommend Fred Beans, Fred Beans Exton, and especially Joe Sarmento to anyone looking for any new or used car.

Beware. Took my vehicle in day after 4th of July because the coolant gauge was going up and down I thought it was over heating, turned out it was very low on antifreeze. They tried to charge me $4,000 said my vehicle had stop leak put in it and components were contaminated and needed to be replaced. I picked vehicle up later that day and was charged $219 for one hour of diagnosis. Vehicle has been fine since. They added antifreeze because it was low and tried to rip me off. Haven't had any issues since. So happy I got my truck out of there. Total rip off. Wish I could give them no stars.

I just purchased a Ford bronco sport this morning. I did the majority of negotiations and questions back-and-forth with Trevor via email. He was excellent! Then was transferred to Awesome Eli to finish up all paperwork and show me all of the car features and get it out of the show room for me to drive home! Excellent service from manager Brian speaking to me and thanking me for my purchase. Also new financing employee all great easy.I would highly recommend this dealership, and would definitely consider buying from them in the future! I had one of the most quick and painless car experiences ever. It was worth driving two from my hometown. Thankyou fred beans ford of exton for the win!
