i went earlier today and got this mac n cheese and was just abt to make it and saw it expired in april and it’s june 7th… then tried to call the store and it rang for 2 minutes and nobody wanna pick up either.

The two cashiers working there were phenomenal, but with a dozen and a half customers waiting there should’ve been more than two cashiers.

The self checkouts are never open anymore. I can understand that they may not be during times when the business just opened or they are about to close, but I stopped by at 11:30am on my lunch break and the self checkouts were completely barricaded off. When I’m only stopping by for one item, it’s annoying to have to stand in line behind shoppers with cart loads of stuff. Only one register was open and there was no where else to check out. I walked in, saw how long the line was, and walked out without buying the item. I’d rather run down the street to the Giant where I can quickly grab what I need, check myself out at the self checkout, and be out the door!

Fired all their workers, shut down the cash registers, long wait times, takes forever to buy something while there are 20 unused cash registers. Increased security staring down everyone who is forced to used self checkout. Unpleasant. Makes the neighborhood worse.

Customer service is awful! I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a customer service employee. I get people have bad days but the woman that helped me this afternoon was extremely rude. I would be fired for acting that way towards a customer. I hope she has a better day and learns to treat others with respect before her next shift.

employees standing around doing nothing while not a single full service register was open. I don't mind self check out except that this store does not allow for cash sales at their self checkout registers and i prefer to use cash instead of debit.
