As a local scout leader, I was disappointed by our recent experience at this Target location. For several years, our scouts have looked forward to holding their annual fundraiser to support community service projects, camping trips, and leadership opportunities. When we reached out to request permission this year, we were not only denied but were met with poor communication and a lack of courtesy. We understand that stores have policies in place, but we would have appreciated a respectful and clear explanation from the start.
We always aim to teach our scouts the importance of civic engagement and respectful interaction, and we hope future conversations with local businesses can reflect those same values. Thank you to those in our community—like ACME—who continue to welcome and support youth organizations.

Store is overall well organized with friendly staff. The only issue is many times you are seeing long queue while some self-check out, or service are not opening though you see many staff around. The price is decent though.

I had a $2.00 coupon, 1 item and went to self checkout. DON'T DO IT!!! A customer service rep needs to come over and approve your coupon. ANY COUPON! It doesn't let you know before you spiral into hell. I waited and waited for someone. She was checking out a customer with a cart full of items. 6 minutes later she showed up, punched in a code and I was set free! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Terrible customer service. The communication between management and team members appears to be nonexistent.

I would give zero if there is a possibility. I ordered a pickup and went to store pick it up. There were two seperate registers for Returns and Pickup. However, a guy told me that both are same. I was confused like why am I seeing two different registers.
This is not my first time here but he said that this is how we operate. I am really frustrated by the answer. I did have someone help me at the pick register before.
I asked him for manager he said he is the manager. I am not surprised now like why the store is operating like this. He lied to my face.
This is how the management behaves with customers then I now understand the functionality of this store. Beware of this store.

Mostly has what I want. Most employees are good. Had a very unfortunate experience with the person at the front desk. Bought a gift card they had a tough time activating that one so went and got a second one. Loaded it and handed the first card to me that I gave as a gift.
Target was not easy to work with and the person at the front desk - awful attitude. It took another 2 weeks to get a new gift card issued.

Stop closing your fitting rooms an hour + before your store closes!!!! You are continually losing sales because of this!!!!

Just another great Target store. Staff has always been nice, and specifically the customer service/return section always seems to be kind, patient, and understanding of each situation.

I walked in with AirPods in and saw a smiling face, unhooked one of my ears and said “clock” and the employee not only gave me extremely clear instructions to get to the clocks but he ensured I knew how the aisles were labeled. ON TOP OF THAT I had the quickest cashier in the west! Will never go to wal mart again

I left a review last week which has mysteriously disappeared. I left my review while waiting in line for 20 minutes for the single cashier while the entire self check out was empty. Go ahead and get rid of the self checkout entirely, I don't care, but at least get someone else on the register. It's not acceptable customer service nor is it an acceptable way to treat the one and only hard working cashier who's holding down your entire store for you.

Patti, who was working the dressing rooms today, was so wonderful it made me want to write this review. Someone left a denim jumper in the dressing room which wasn’t even close to what I brought in to try on. I put it on and loved it so much, but was shopping alone and wanted some input. Patti told me it looked amazing on me, and even gestured to the big mirror for me to look. I did a model walk down the little hallway, and she cheered me on. She is truly an angel and yes, I got the outfit!! Thank you Patti for making my day and making me feel gorgeous!

Typically have only had good experiences here, until the other night when I went in and discovered that "self checkout" is now closed for the first two hours when they open, and the last two hours before they close (8PM-10PM) in an effort to slow theft that happens most frequently at those times. I can understand that, BUT I ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes. They only had one cashier open and the line went through the woman's clothing department. The worst part- there were many employees walking around the store, stocking items, and yet no one thought maybe they should put another cashier on. I felt like I was at Walmart with how long I had to wait in line- I didn't have the time to wait so I ended up leaving without completing my purchase. Very frustrating to think if I'm going into target after work when I'm thinking I'm avoiding peak hours, I'm still going to have to wait in line for a while because Target decided not to prioritize their customer's experience. Very very disappointed- not to mention the poor elderly cashier who had to deal with the line of all those people by herself while there were 8+ 20something employees walking around the store stocking and doing who knows what. Target disabling self checkout during these hours now makes their inability to stop theft the customer's problem.

Awesome store. Great prices and the staff is friendly. 4 stars due to inaccuracies in your inventory system. If I could give you 4.5 out of 5 stars, I would.
