Ordered stuff online for pick up and sometimes get groceries. Their fruit, vegetables, meat are all spoiled. These people don't look as it is so visible there is mold on the strawberries, meat is discolored or a cucumber is flimsy and rotten toTouch. These people are the worst like they haven't shopped groceries beforeFor themselves. Don't go here - crappy store and no one picks up the phone.

A good friend of mine was shopping here yesterday while black and was followed. Had two people with radios while following him doing the same thing as everyone else in the store. There is zero excuse for this RACISM. He should not EVER have to go through that and he would still honestly help the horrible people that treated him like dirt if they needed it because he is a truly good person unlike your racist employees.

Where to begin. Some of the employees are the rudest people I've ever met. The cashier, Aimee, had a snide look on her face and when I asked her a question she said in a nasty tone of voice, "I don't know'". The rudest! There was also a stalker who was pushing a pallet on the left side of the aisle. I was on the right side heading in the opposite direction. He refused to move around and I had to do it. What is wrong with people today? I'm sick of the jerks of the world. Then I tried calling to speak with the manager about it, don't care if anyone thinks I'm a Karen, because these people were clearly millennials! They both had attitudes. When trying to press one of the many buttons they have, the phone was disconnected every time. No wonder why they have such a low rating. Won't waste my time there again!

I would rate target 3 out of 5 stars because over all the store is very good but I ordered a couple things off line and they all came damaged. I think that the store target is great but when I ordered on line my package came damaged.

Great pick up process when you don't want to go into the store. Got my order quickly although they don't give you options for substitutions when things aren't in stock.

If you buy online from TARGET.COM you are on your own! Customer Service is offshore, not connected to your local store and if you order a 300.00 rug for instance, and it comes in the wrong size, and you return it the very next day with a mailing label they give you- you may not receive a refund for weeks. And there is no one who can help you, online customer service will lie to you, local store can't help you: you just have to keep calling them. It's the worst. Absolutely horrible. If you want to order online- use Amazon or Walmart NOT Target online. You might as well just throw your money on your lawn.

They refreshed the whole entire store but the men's bathroom has only one stall usable since the other one has not door on it for the last 3 months. No up to code

The store is clean and organized, easy to find what we want. The customer service is great and very helpful. The bath room is clean too.

Miserable and rude employees. The store is clean and well stocked, which is why I gave 3 stars. It's the younger employees that had an attitude. I get it might not be a fun job but most when a customer says hello or is polite, I would expect the same in return.

Tried to return a gift I bought on black Friday on Jan 1st. Most retailers realize black Friday purchases are Christmas gifts and the return period starts on Dec 25th. The 15 day return policy should start on Dec 26th. Not Target according to the return desk who pointed to the receipt which stated it had to be returned by Dec 8th. So if you are going to shop at Target on Black Friday, move your family's Christmas up, or no returns. Instead I will just go to Best Buy, as they have a realistic return policy. lesson learned.

I always go to this Target, but my most recent visit was absolutely outstanding as far as customer service goes. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, I reached out to one of the employees to see if they might be able to help. Luckily Josh was the person I asked, and he was extremely enthusiastic with doing everything he could to help me! I never did find what I came here for, however I was really grateful that he went through the trouble to actually try and do everything and anything to help me. A++

these pharmacists are miserable, horrible know-it -all's with absolutely no customer service skills. I understand they are intelligent, yes, they went to pharmacy school, but they are working in a customer service run environment. They have no compassion, and no patience at all. I was tempted to go to a new pharmacy altogether, but I transferred everything to the Target/CVS on Sunrise Blvd. in Exton-they are absolutely wonderful there!! PS-I am writing this review because I have run across 3 or 4 people who feel the same way about these pharmacists at the Eagleview location--it's not just me!
