I have banked with TD Bank for years. I’ve used the branches in King of Prussia and in West Chester , Pennsylvania. My interactions at both have been subpar to say the least. Today I went to the Exton branch after my card had been hacked. They were so helpful expedient and understanding during a time where many can be very stressed. I want to especially give a shout out to Mark for being so kind and informative!

Courteous, kind, helpful and particularly welcoming to my granddaughter.

Reem and Ryan are wonderful! I went in for help opening a savings account as well as discussing an issue with my credit card. Reem helped me and explained everything very well. 10/10

This is the worse location I have ever been in. The manager is a hateful woman. TD Bank needs to do better. I suspect she is mad because her bank account does not look like mine. I will not call names, but that lady definitely wears a black pointed hat and runs around with a broom.

I went to bank at 12:40 pm on Saturday and there are two bankers who are free but couldn’t open an account because it takes 20-25 mins.

Ryan helped me resolve an issue with customer service that was blocking my ability to make external transfers. He was apologetic throughout for taking my time and made sure to call later and confirm that the proper change had been made. Love the friendliness I experience at TD.

I wouldn't recommend them for a mortgage. My clients went with them because of promising rates, when it came down to it, they did everything to not finance them. Leaving the buyers to spend unnecessary money, and dragged out the entire process. Poor communication, and uneducated employees. I shouldn't have to teach them what winterizing a home means. Do yourself a favor, get a mortgage broker to help you!

The drive through person Taylor is absolutely clueless and obviously haven’t been properly trained. Cannot answer any questions and always defers to someone else which wastes so much time. I’ve gotten so frustrated, I started to drive out of my way to a different location because of the repeated bad experiences with her. She’s also very slow, has this deer caught in the headlights look and just really wish they would have replaced her by now. Not a good fit for a customer service job.

Want to thank Teresa Zaleski for being very helpful and coming up with a solution to help. Also want to thank her associate Katelyn Marchionne from the branch down the street for also going out of her way to help. We can't thank them enough for helping us. They saved the day !!!!!!
