I am a teller at another bank but went to this location for a withdrawal and i was shocked at the service on the teller line. There was no “hello” “how are you” “welcome in” just “what can i do for you”. Then when I said what I wanted to do the teller said “I can’t hear you” a nicer, more professional response would have been “i’m sorry what was that?” then i entered the wrong pin and i removed the card like the machine told me to do. The teller then said “wait let me see because it just restarted you messed it up”. how is that my fault? Then she just gave me the money in an envelope, didnt give a receipt or ask if i wanted one, didnt ask how i wanted the cash, didnt ask if i wanted the balance on my account. If I was training a new teller and thats how they interacted with a client it would be unacceptable and changed immediately . I felt like I was bothering the women at the teller line by being there, not a good feeling for a client of your bank to have.

The worst bank on planet earth and undercover racist….. I’m telling you , run from this bank fast as you can , so many other banks that have less fees , less for money orders and treat you fairly, they actually held a verified check of mines almost 9 days and the check was from Bank of America next door basically. I truly believe in my heart that race played a major part in that hold… and they charge $5 for money orders . I would rather bank at Walmart than TD Bank

I wanted to set up a business so I booked an appointment on a Saturday. I reached there and was told by the two tellers behind the desk that there is only one person on the floor and he is not authorized to open an account. Why did you call me then?!!I thought of giving them a second chance, so I booked an appointment again for the following Friday 1.30pm (a weekday, thought that would make a difference).I took 1.5 hrs off work to get this done. Reached there 5 min early, I was told to sit and wait. I waited for 45 mins! Finally the lady I was supposed to meet came and told me that I'll be another 5-10 mins, so I asked her if she can open an account in the next 30 mins but she said that she can't do it.While I was sitting and waiting I booked an appointment with PNC Bank for the same day. Before I left TD, I got a call from PNC and was asked to send over documents via email for initial review so they could set up an account within minutes of me reaching for my appointment.SAVE TIME, CUT YOUR LOSSES, GO TO ANOTHER BANK!

This branch offers the personal service of a small bank and all the perks of a big bank. Great staff and well managed.

This TD Bank branch is a pleasure to visit. Only 5 minutes from home, it's rarely too busy for a counter transaction. I'm in this branch on average of twice a week although I'm not a business customer. I never mind when the tellers are busy because they know me by name. Along with great hours, they truly are the 'most convenient bank'.

TD bank doesn't have customer Service. Their Manager was very rude and didn't make effort to resolve the issue. They just want your money with NO Service. Plz don't bank with them.

Trash service. Waiting 30 minutes to do a wire transfer and still no service waste of my time. Learn to staff and run a service

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don’t know her name, but skinny witch looking lady with glasses is unhelpful and super rude. She should be fired because she has given me issues before. She wouldn’t help me or explain any of the questions I had. I left the bank out of frustration. This is my last straw because this has been maybe the 6th time I was treated poorly and not properly assisted. The people over the phone are more helpful believe it or not. Thinking about switching banks because of how horrible this location is.

Went in to correct a credit card problem. The phone number associated with my account has changed and because TD Bank can't verify my new number, it has to be changed in person at one of their branches. Gave him the info, he typed it in. I asked him to call TD Bank Credit Card Services and he said they don't do that. When I got home, I found out that he did not change the phone number correctly. Screwed on two accounts.

Went online and called, both said they're open. When we arrived, the parking lot was not cleared of snow and the front doors had snow drifting up. People had to trudge through about a foot of snow to get to the door giving access to the ATM and use the door to clear a path for access. Not good at all.

It's incredibly rude that they don't answer their phone during COVID to answer basic questions about what services they can still provide. I was even hung up on at one point in mid sentence. They are, admittedly, doing nearly all things via the drive through, but I shouldn't have to drive there and wait in line just to ask questions. Its terrible customer service. I am strongly considering switching banks and have been looking at others now. Once a bank is frustrating to deal with, there is no point in staying. Its a fundamental service

While every other bank in the region has reopened to service their customers, TD remains closed forcing everyone to only use the drive through which is a tremendous inconvenience for their business customers. I am getting ready to move all my accounts. That’s how bad it is

The first branch we went to was rude. However this branch was extremely helpful and had amazing customer service. They had worked well with us and helped us fix the situation. They really made our day a lot better and had smiles on their faces.
