I had purchased a lift in 2019. It worked great then and it still works great now. I am now looking at buying a new lift for a larger tv. The staff has been friendly and helpful!!

WOW!!!! What a simply amazing product and company! We had an issue with some measurements that were off and to keep it simple, Whitney, in Customer Care , and the entire company couldn't do enough to help! She went out of her way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Let me tell you. ..There are a lot of fireplaces out there, but they're made really flimsily, and with junk materials, these touchstone fireplaces are exceptionally well crafted and SOLID. You will not be sorry. Anything Touchstone is awesome, as are the people. Thanks Again!! Denise XOXO

I had an outdoor kitchen/bar put in my backyard. The installers used a Touchstone TV lift for the bar area. The lift has been great, and working flawless for almost 4 years now. The lift has been really easy to use and it’s pretty quiet. The most impressive part of my experience with this company is customer support. I had an instance where I the main controller died. I was able to troubleshoot with them and they ended up sending me a brand new controller almost 3 years into ownership for free. Fast forward almost one year later..I had a power surge and blew the power supply. They sent me one for free even though I was asking to buy one. They really stepped up and I was super impressed. I had previously sent them a few buddies who ended up making sure their installers installed Touchstone products and I’ll definitely continue to recommend them. Can’t beat the customer service.

Perfect fireplace! I ordered the Touchstone 80014 - The Sideline Electric Fireplace - 36 Inch Wide - in Wall Recessed - 5 Flame Settings - Realistic 3 Color Flame - 1500/750 Watt Heater - (Black) - Log & Crystal Hearth Options model. We LOVE IT! Very easy to follow instructions. Quiet, pretty and came packaged in one piece with no damage. The heater fan is relatively quiet and it puts out very nice heat. So glad we purchased one and we highly recommend.

Installed ours in a 40 foot class A RV the lift so we can still use our window and it stores great for travel and the fireplace because we wanted something easy on power and knock off the chill of a south Florida chilly winter. Yes it was 61 degrees.

Just wanted to say thank you for the great service in the back end of the purchase. I bought a 50” electric fire place in August. We started to have a issue with the flame working inconsistently for a week or so then it just stopped completely. Everything else worked by the flame stopped and was on the stuck position. It just wasn’t rolling like a flame does. I called about the issue and it was a no question asked situation and I was sent a replacement unit with in a couple of days. I just had to retain the glass, crystals , and small shelve to hold the crystals. Replacement was simple and there was no need to send old unit back. Appreciate the great service and will recommend the product even in the event of a issue. We enjoy watching the fire place every evening as a stress reliever. As a small business owner the service of a issue is always as important as the sale! Thank you. Craig.

I ordered a TV lift In August and installed myself. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Relatively easy to set up. After three months it stopped working. (It is currently stuck in the down position. Not good during football season!) I Contacted Touchstone. Their customer service was very responsive. They emailed instructions to "reset" the controller. In doing so, it gave an error code apparently indicating the motor was bad. They shipped a new motor and control box on the same day. I've not yet received but UPS indicates delivery in 2 days. -Customer service and responsiveness....5 Stars! -Product rating????..... I've no idea how to rate the product at this point. It worked flawlessly when easily installed. Loved it!....5 stars! -Failing to work after 10 weeks (0 Stars!) Now having to remove and replace the motor myself, it definitely is a hassle. I'm hoping it was a "one off" situation and not an indication of the actual quality of the lift. Breaking after such a short period of time is definitely a concern. I will update this review in future. ******************** It's now 6 weeks later. Turns out it was not to difficult to switch out the motor. The instruction was easily understood. Took all of 45 minutes. Has worked perfectly thus far.

Although not quite a 5 star experience, it was a solid 4 to 4+ and I am happy with the product and service I received from Touchstone. I ordered the Mini-Elevate TV lift and am pleased with the quality and the functioning of the unit. Two small complaints - there was no manual included in the box and also the metal TV bracket was loose in the cabinet when I received it, so it had banged around inside the cabinet during shipping, making some marks inside the cabinet. I watched the video on the Touchstone website to figure out the assembly, but these instructions did not transfer well to my unit and I later learned the video was old and out of date due to changes made in the design. However, my call to Touchstone technical support was answered promptly by a knowledgeable person who answered all my questions and emailed me a manual for my unit. I think Touchstone is a solid, reputable company.

Purchased a beautiful Wall mounted fireplace that our family absolutely loves. Unfortunately the remote was damaged during shipping. Touchstone shipped a new one immediately, no hassle, chatted to a real person, pain free. Exceptional customer service that is becoming a rarity these days. I highly recommend this company and its products!
