If you want great service and quality care this is the place! I always feel welcomed and treated with extra kindness especially during my pregnancy with my second child and needing a ton of prescriptions. They have extra advisement from staff and greeted with a smile!

Tried to have my prescription filled that I have been prescribed for years here for the first time since I moved closer to this pharmacy than the previous pharmacy I was using and the owner Will refused to fill my prescription. He first lied and said he couldn’t fill it because of the distance of the doctor to the pharmacy would make it unlawful for him to do so. When I attempted to get clarification on this from him like what distance is he talking about he could not tell me what the distance was. It only took a 30 second search on the Pennsylvania state government website to find out this wasn’t true. Not only wasn’t it true but in the state of Pennsylvania you can use a telemedicine service with a doctor located anywhere in the United States to prescribe medicine to you. (My doctor is in Harrisburg, an area that I have lived for years)When I called him back to get clarification again on what he was talking about he than said he wasn’t filling it now cause he doesn’t know me and I’ve never been there before. Are people not allowed to move? Of course you don’t know me. He than told me the DEA tries to trap pharmacist like this. The entire time he just screamed at me and would not let me ask him a question about the situation than hung up.What kind of customer service is this. How are you supposed to grow you business if you do not let new customers in? We’re not talking about soda and chips here. Its medicine. It is so irresponsible to withhold someone’s medicine from them that was legally prescribed to them because you do not know them.

Great experience! After my doctor sent him the prescription, the Pharmacist called me and told me the co-pay was $220. He made sure the generic version would work, and sourced the generic version for me. His thoughtful actions saved me $190! I have never experienced this level of service at a chain pharmacy. I will definitely be going back.

Owner discussed my prescription in a non-discreet way, in full voice, with other customers close by. Declined a legitimate and tapered(declining each week) dose pain medication prescription, because the prescriber was from “out of town” and not a known “local yokel” to him.Key Detail: The prescriber was the internationally renowned Rothman Clinic, and my recent front-side neck /spine surgery scar was showing prominently.Nevertheless, the owner has the right to refuse service, and CVS can fill my prescription just fine.The one-star review is for lack of discretion in discussing a patients’ personal healthcare information, in a non-discreet way and in full voice. If you want a pharmacist who will keep your confidential healthcare information confidential, and who isn’t passing judgement on his customers, based on what their prescriptions might or not imply about them personally... this place probably isn’t for you.

Best pharmacy in the region. Will Short takes the time to know his customers and goes out of his way to help. I will NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. In fact, I drive past dozens of other pharmacies to get to Town Center. It is the best and worth the drive. The BEST customer service anywhere.

Will and the staff are great. Always take time to explain what options I have for prescriptions and OTC. Quick to call our doctors to clarify. Always good to know that delivery is an option.
