Went there couple times, the staff is friendly but it’s slow. It easy stacks a queue of over 5 and couple times the wait is over 15 minutes. There’s couple times a staff continues chitchat disregarding the long queue.

Scheduled a passport appointment via the website for entire family. Passport person apparently went on vacation. No notice of canceled appointment received, no return date, entire day wasted.

I only use the machines at this post office now. The few times that I've needed help and had to wait in line have always been super slow. Anyone that says the parking here is great is insane. The parking lot is one of the weirdest I've ever seen. It is one way but not clearly marked so it is chaotic sometimes. There is only one way in and out which is very narrow and you can't see oncoming traffic on your way out. The drive through drop boxes were the only good thing about this location but they closed them off (due to vandalism, I think).

Wish I could give zero stars. It’s clear why the post offices are failing. When you have a problem they refuse to speak with you to address it.

While our favorite postman, Bob Hummel, has been on vacation our substitute postman Whitney has been an amazing professional friendly and sincere carrier. He even remembered every day he delivered the mail a treat for our dog who loves to greet the mailman every day with a friendly tail wag. Sure hope when Bob has a day off or vacation we are able to have Whitney. We love Bob but understand he needs a day off and vacation so when Bob can’t deliver the mail the next best is Whitney. Both men are fantastic.

Passport: Allow an extra hour. Very slow. Appointment system should be for 30 minute appointments, not 15.

Says open 8 am. They weren’t. It was 8:30 and no one was there. Went yesterday also and they posted signs it was closed at 2:30 pm. Who is running this place??? When is this place ever open??

Had a passport appointment. They claimed their photo center was not working. Sent us to Downtown location. Downtown location was swamped and unable to assist many families that were sent here. Took day off to get the 2 kids passport done. Walk in appointments over crowded. They had to turn many away.
It would have been professional to let us know this ahead of time.

This location has some of the most knowledgeable and patient staff I have seen at a post office. The location has great parking and usually the lines are only long at peak times. It is convenient and everyone I have interacted with has been extremely professional and helpful.

Website clearly says that passport walk ins are available mon to fri 10-10:30. i went at 10am on a friday and clerk says they dont do walk ins anymore. UPDATE YOUR WEBT

First time coming here. Sign says they open at 8am, turns out they open at 9am. Luckily I showed up at 8:45am. It's 9:10am now and they still haven't opened yet. Terrible management.

This Post office might always have a wait for the counter service, but their staff have always been friendly to me and their other lobby services are a great option for if you already have a label.

It should be open at 8:00 which mentioned on the board in USPS office and staff was there but they did not opened until 10:00 AM, very rude staff, they were shouting on people

extra slow and rude workers. Guy did nothing but banter about the upcoming Eagles Chiefs game the line just got longer and longer

They have hours posted 8am-5pm Monday-Frriday. I have went to SEVERAL TIMES and they don't open until.8 30-9. This is ridiculous.
