I would give 0 stars if possible. The person the phone was really rude. She was not listening to anything that I am trying to ask. So rude. I don’t know why am seeing this 5 star reviews. I think they are not right. I would never ever go to this place again.

They were able to repair my favorite shirt that had a terrible stain on it, which would have been impossible to remove. Highly skilled at tailoring and alterations, I am very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend their services.

I had a cover for the back seat of my Lexus it ripped right on the seam. A few stitches with a sewing machine literally an inch. The women whom I assume was the owner said she could fix it. I didn't look at the receipt $10.00 dollars. Insulting! I went to Home Goods they had a new one $12.00. I showed her the new one and picked up the old one. She/Owner told me I was lucky she didn't fix it yet. The ticket said Friday pick up. So lesson learned. The item would have been ready 3 days or literally before I picked it up when I dropped it off. I just moved to Exton. I will never return. Rude no customer service. I owned a business but had to leave due to illness. You do not treat customers this way. Unprofessional.
