My husband and I bought new iPhone 15s online and this morning I went into this store to exchange for a different color phone. I clearly stated I was not ready to transfer from my current phone to the new phone yet (have no case and was going to be out all day and didn't have time for the transfer), yet they deactivated my current phone without telling me. I clearly stated I was just there to exchange the physical phone for a different color, NOT start any of the transfer, I would do that on my own time in a few days. Now I have been on the phone with Verizon for almost an hour trying to get my current phone working again.

I went this store for home internate. And guy ‘Troy’ help me very good way and he did immediately setup all the details and order it online. So it’s very good experience with this store as well staff especially’Troy’. Thank you for helping.?

I was lucky enough to be helped by the same manager mentioned in the previous reviews. Verizon support sent me here, probably when they shouldn't have. That's not the reason for my one star review, however. I was "helped" by the manager. He was annoyed that I was even there, was reluctant to even help for 30 seconds, and was somewhat aggressive to prove that he was right.It seems that even though there is consistent reviews and feedback about this store, nothing has been done to rectify the behavior. I will actively avoid this store. I imagine the owner will respond about striving for professional and a positive experience, but nothing has changed.

Caitlin was super helpful! I came in to trade my phone in, but she helped clarify the terms so I didn’t end up spending more money than necessary in the end.I also was experiencing camera issues, which was why I wanted to trade my phone in, and Caitlin helped call Apple support and navigate the conversation with me. She made it so much easier and faster! Thank you!

John and Brad were super helpful. They guided me to the right phone for my needs and helped me understand how to use my new phone. They even sat with me while I downloaded a few new apps. Costmer service is excellent!!!

TL;DR - Happy to *sell* you a phone, refuses to help in any way should issues arise.Edit: Saw multiple recent reviews with similar/worse experiences (some involving staff harassment elevating to police intervention as the only viable solution) - I'd avoid this place like the plague. Toxicity, hostility and unprofessionalism coupled with my aforementioned unwillingness make for a rough combination.Looking forward to the inevitable insincere/canned response sent to mitigate this review. No - your location does not "strive towards professionalism". From my reading/experience, customers are assets to be used for short term profits by irresponsible/ discourteous staff members. The fact the police have been called multiple times due to employee harassment speaks for itself.Needed to cancel a line and set up my phone for international travel. A reasonable request for the company/store that sold me my phone - both in terms of customer service and in terms of cost (At $2k for the phone + $250/month service).Staff simply handed a piece of paper with phone numbers to the various departments and told to deal with it myself.No offer to assist, no understanding that customer concerns/issues are a reasonable expectation - especially with expensive items and ongoing services/subscriptions.The fact that the staff didn't care that I came to the store *for help* is beyond frustrating. I could easily look the numbers up online and save myself a trip.I came to the store *for assistance* on the product they sold me prior.As such, on-site staff are there to do one thing: *sell* hardware and services. Nothing more.I'd avoid this location on general principle given the staff has no desire/willingness to provide anything approaching customer service; doubly so as such questions/concerns were treated as a "waste to time".After all, helping someone with an issue doesn't earn commission.A miserable experience, to say the least.If I had known about their general refusal to provide assistance following a purchase, I'd have shopped elsewhere- and I plan to do just that.The KOP location *does* provide such assistance and the extra 15 min. Trip is worth it knowing I'm working with salespeople that *do* accept the responsibility to aid customers.

Rude, abrasive man at door. Had to wait, standing up, to speak to staff. They were understaffed. When we asked the man at the door about possible wait time, he was dismissive and, again, rude. After 45 mins we left, and we won't be back (there is another Verizon store a few miles down the road in Thorndale).

Victor Reinert of Verizon in Exton PA did an absolutely amazing job setting up my new Verizon Visible SIM card! Everything went so smoothly and I’m confident now that my new phone plan is activated properly ! I was very concerned about doing it myself. Thanks for having such knowledgeable and professional representatives!

I am a senior lady who considers myself fairly competent with the Samsung Galaxy phones...my favorites. The staff at this location taught me a thing or two. They were knowledgeable, friendly and communicative, especially Brandon. He transferred all my info in a snap. Even though I bought my case elsewhere, he was only too happy to accomodate me. After our transaction was complete, I left the store a very satisfied customer.When I reached my car, I suddenly realized that I had to remove my old phone and reconnect my new Samsung 23 Ultra. I've been successful in the past but this time I worked on it for over 15 minutes. Finally I called Brandon for help. He came to my car and connected it in record time.In closing, all three sales associates: Brandon, Victor and Brad were proactive in satisfying my needs and questions. Kudos to this particular location for their outstanding service!

Victor Reinert provided over the top customer service and I hope will have this review taken into consideration by management at his next review. After a long tiring day Victor was the first to offer assistance at the store with a smile. I told him about the problems I was having transferring my data. While waiting Victor made the time go by quickly with light conversation. I hardly noticed the time go by. For those who want personable and professional service, please ask for Victor. To management, you have a wonderful team, treat them well.

The Wireless Zone in Lionville was a great place to get my new iphone. The staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was a painless process to choose my new phone and get my plan setup. I would go there again.

Sarah Askins was great. She diagnosed the issue with the phone I'd received from Verizon On-Line, and fixed it within 15 minutes.I'd easily recommend people go see her at the Lionville Store
