I had a very complex phone service problem. Ricky the manager and David were so patient and kind. Some of the specifics took more time than usual, but Ricky could not have been more thorough and understanding explaining everything to me. If I need more help in the future, I am going to definitely return to this store. Thank you!!

Just left the Verizon Wireless Zone in lionville and I’m extremely satisfied! Brad did a great job adding and setting up my new watch on the account! He was very pleasant and patient and even honored the waiving of a set up and activation fee that was promised by another employee.! I would highly recommend stopping in to see Brad for a new phone/ watch!

John is hands down the employee of the decade! I walked in there on a Sunday & there was quite a line in front of me. I shortly realized why everyone was waiting so patiently for their turn. John really went above and beyond for each and every customer. He won all of us over & earned customers for life! I can see he seems to do this regularly from the other reviews. I really hope he is valued and appreciated by his management, because he is truly the MVP!

I just left the Exton, PA Verizon store at 146 Eagle view Blvd. I bought a new phone and was helped by Ricky Kyper the store manager. He is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and patient when answering questions. Super experience.

I recently went into the Exton Verizon location looking to lower my monthly cell phone bill. Not only was John able to lower it by a significant ammount, he was also able to get me a free newer phone. He explained everything thoroughly and always had time for my numerous questions. I came back when my phone arrived and everything was set up quickly and efficiently. They (I think his name was Ricky - also very helpful!) even installed the screen protector and case that I had purchased from Amazon! They say that it is hard to find good customer service these days but it is alive and well here at the Exton location with John and the rest of his team. He also encouraged me to come back anytime if I have any questions in the future. Well done!

John was amazing, efficient, patient and so kind to my teenage daughters when they had to go in without me! Highly recommend. We never go to any other Verizon and certainly won't anytime soon!

I just left and had a great experience with John. There was an older couple and another person he was helping. He was very patient with the older couple and explained everything to them. He even told them to call him if they had any troubles in the future. When it was my turn, I had some trouble finding the information I needed for a pick up and he was able to help me out. Great experience. John was excellent!

I recently purchased 2 new iphone16 phones from this place.
**Once the transaction was completed, John Eager, Manager, was very condescending, impatient, and uninterested in answering my questions. He made the sale and that was all he cared about.
I was appalled by the way he spoke to me and in front of other customers; raising his voice and actually yelling at me, accusing me of disturbing him. He even brought my 85yr old mother into it.
WOW-don’t go to this place-RUDE.
I am a local business owner and this is the first time I felt compelled to write a bad review. John’s utter disrespect gave me reason.
