Horrible. They make you do a “telehealth” visit. We had to wait hours just to see the Dr for the visit. We won’t be coming here again. Don’t waste your time or money. We were here for 2 hours before even being done. They need to just hire real “live” drs to work at this location.

STAY AWAY from this place!! I made my appointment days in advance online, and I got there 5 mins late, but they refused to see me and gave my appointment to someone else in just 5 mins? Also, the glasses i got from here last time were horrible and very uncomfortable. The staff is so rude, especially the guy at the reception. AVOID AT ANY COST!

People here are not there to help you. They rush you and do not listen you the patients’ concerns. They are only in it to take your money as soon as possible and get you out on your way. I’m never returning to this location ever again.

Not sure why the ratings here are as low as they are. I had a great experience with them. Very cordial and efficient. Had my glasses before the expected arrival date. Doctor was really nice.

I had a great experience at Visionworks. The doctor as well as the technician took their time to explain what they were doing and answered all my questions. The associates in the front took their time to help me pick out glasses and were honest in telling me which ones looked good and not so good. Thanks for a great experience.

The atmosphere in this store is not it. You can tell the employees all hate each other. My eye exam was rushed and impersonal. Then when it came to picking out frames, the girl who had been helping me asked another employee if she could help me. That employee literally looked me up and down and shook her head no. I don't know if it was the business casual outfit I had on or what, but I've never felt so awkward in my life.
I won't be back to this store.

I did not have to wait long to be waited on. The associate is wonderful. She helped me choose my frames and gave me everything I needed for my glasses.
