Mixed reviews! Amazing doctor and most staff members are very friendly and helpful. The doctor took her time and made sure all my questions were answered.There was one very unfriendly and rude employee. When I answered one of her questions, she put her hand up to get me to stop talking. She also told me my glasses felt good when I assured her they did not. She told another employee that they allowed me to get the wrong size glasses when I did not. Overall, this one employee was very rude and messed with the whole climate.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I found a great set of frames and was out of there in 45 minutes with my order placed. Great personal service!!

Dr. J Magnotta is great - friendly and knowledgeable. I would go back to her again. Having said that, I will not be going back to Visionworks in Exton. Prior to meeting Dr. Magnotta I met with a technician (with a Hello Kitty jacket) who checked my eye pressure. She also asked if I would be dilating my eyes, to which I said I would not as I had to get back to work. She then said I would need to take an x-ray of the back of my eyes - and that I had to choose between the x-ray ($35) or the dilation. When I insisted that I did not need either, she said I did not have a choice - and that I needed to talk to the Doctor. I said I would - and out of no where came a waiver form to decline both X-ray and dilation. She did not tell me I had the option to waive - but insisted I had to choose between x-ray or dilation. This is a TRAP - and so BEWARE. Do- not fall under their pressure to dilate or take the x-ray. I have come to realize this is just another "business" at the end of the day. Even without the dilation or X-ray Dr. Magnotta took me through the eye exam - and determined that all looked good. YES to Dr. Magnotta. NO to Visionworks.

Let's start with the good: the front desk staff was friendly and it's conveniently located. Everything else: probably the worst experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. The tech (I overheard her say her name was Dina, though she didn't introduce herself) was rude and unprofessional in nearly every single interaction we had, and in the overheard conversations with other staff and patients. Given I was the second appointment, I can only assume she arrived at work pissed off and just stayed that way. There's no world where she should be doing customer service. I'd suggest loan sharking or back office work in the future. The telehealth setup is janky and slow, though it doesn't help that their equipment setup looks like it was setup by an 8 year old. IT Pro Tip: if you buy the cheapest possible usb hubs and cabling, then half-assedly tape it to the bottom of the table so it just dangles there you're gonna have issues with things disconnecting. Spend $50 and 30 minutes and do it properly, rather than berate your customers for possibly brushing against it after you tell them to pull their chair up under the table. Oh, and despite me being the 2nd appointment of the day, and arriving more than 15 minutes before my appointment time, they were still 15 minutes late seeing me.

The First Lady to bring me in for the exam was extremely rude and short w me but everyone else was very nice. Granted it was New Year’s eve but there’s no reason to be that rude to a customer.

Truly a horrible experience. Tech did not verify patient's name and DOB told the patient was a minor when not. Rude to patient during pre-scanning work. Would get angry with the patient if the patient did not know how to do a test yet refused to explain any procedures to the patient. After pre-scanning work by tech, she then says it is a telehealth visit and someone will remote in. NO WHERE in the scheduling says tele health. Then informed the person remoting in was a tech, NOT a DOC. Feels like a bait and switch. When tech asked about the procedure she became very defensive and told us she "was just a little person" and went to get the manager while she mumbled "I don't have time for this stuff" as she exited the room. She was rude, and appeared to have a grudge against my family. It was horrible to listen to her be so rude to my loved one. WILL NEVER GO BACK because of this one tech.

Based off the reviews I was extremely hesitant to make an appointment here. All of the complaints I saw I didn’t experience any of that. the employees were extremely nice. I mean one employee (she saw me before i saw the doctor) I’m not gonna lie she wasn’t the friendliest. Kind of cold attitude. But her attitude wasn’t so terrible that it offended me or made for an horrible visit . The Doctor was great. Probably one of the friendliest doctors I have ever encountered. Also I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the appointment was quick but very thorough. Since my insurance doesn't cover any exams or glasses, it was extremely affordable (the exam). I’ll definitely goBack.

Great Visionworks location! Staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. Found a pair of glasses I love and my eye exam was super quick. When I arrived the store was very busy but it did not affect my experience or wait time.Thank you employees of Visionworks :)

Not sure why this location has such a low rating, I had a very pleasant experience. I booked online, showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, got check it right away, she explained what my insurance would cover and any co-pays I might have. Sat down for about 5 mins in their small waiting area. Got called back to do the initial testing and questioning. I sat back down for another 5 minutes and then the doctor came to get me. She was very thorough and answered and questions or concerns I had. Check out was a breeze and I was on my way out. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for a weekend nighttime hours.

Booked online for an eye exam as i have done for years. arrived at the scheduled time and then Pam at front desk was not really listening to my information I was giving her. She then proceeded to make phone calls to my previous insurance (do not know why since it was irrelevant). I then informed her my appt was scheduled for 9:20 am. It was almost 9:45 am. She informed me the prior telehealth appt was taking a bit longer. The prior patient should have been on time. Waiting for almost 45 minutes is unacceptable without being informed. Plus I was not told it was a teleheath appt. nor does it say when you schedule. Unacceptable in all areas! You have lost a loyal customer. Disrespectful to have someone wait for almost 45 minutes. Total waste of time and I will let others know. To have someone waiting when no one else is in the store is unacceptable. Respect peoples time.

Not sure what scheduling system they are using. I had an appointment at 12.40 today. They randomly rescheduled it to 1PM. I had a meeting and had to reschedule the appointment. I clicked on the link in the message and rescheduled to 3PM and got a confirmation. When I got into the store, My appointment is still at 12.40 and they asked me to reschedule the appointment.What a mess !!! Not going back !

It's sad to see how low of a rating this location has because each and every staff member I encountered was absolutely great! From the physician to the associates I worked with, each staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was crowded at my appointment time and everything moved efficiently and semlessIy I was very pleased with my experience.
