Wells Fargo has some of the worse service from the corporate down to the bank locations. Called to complain about ATM malfunctions and they just tried to argue with me saying that their systems are flawless. There is no customer service here.

Have to get an appointment to solve urgent banking issue. Was placed on hold by a banker for 15 minutes before hanging up.

Absolutely the slowest service ever - the lady who works there took half an hour for a simple transaction. And then next day they had only $20 bills to give out - ran out of larger bills. Absolutely wasting time of their customers with poor service.

Do you like attitudes? Do you like showing up for an appointment and the person being MIA? Then this is the place for you! Most unhelpful people on the planet. All I wanted was to open a savings account and move a large sum of money to Wells Fargo because they had a good interest rate. Did the online application and it said I had to go to a branch because they couldn't verify my identity. I went to the Exton branch first and the banker - they apparently have only one - was at lunch. Went to the Lionville branch. The woman peered at me over her computer - no one sitting at her desk - and waited to help me until she was good and ready. I'll be kind and not mention names. Unless I get some kind of snide reply here, then I'll update my review with names. I told her why I was there and she said let me see the email. I pulled it up on my phone. And she said "well did you submit an application?" I just told her that I'd tried and got a message saying I need to go to a branch. Then she says well open the email so I can see it and I said you're looking at it. Not sure what she thought she was looking at? I assured her I wouldn't be sitting there asking for help unless I absolutely had to. Anyway she was exasperated and said they had other appointments and ti come back at 4pm to see the banker. I showed up at 3:58pm. Sat in the waiting area since this woman had someone at her desk already. She came over a couple minutes later and said the banker took a late lunch bc it was a busy day (he took lunch at 4pm and they close at 5pm?) and that he'd be back soon. He never showed. So she lowered herself to help me.Sat at her desk, gave her my IDs. She verified my info and then says "oh it's bc you entered the issue date of your DL as 1998." The online application only asked for the expiration date of the DL. I wasn't going to argue bc I was already annoyed so I just went with it. She said she updated it and then said "do you want to go home ans complete your application?" Well I guess so since clearly she didn't want to do it. Went home - and guess what? Same thing happened again. So I forwarded the email to her and thanked her for ensuring I will never bank with Wells Fargo. I have little patience for incompetence and laziness.

Awful phone service! NO ONE picks up for a simple question. You wait on hold then are pushed back to automated service. The drivethru has not been open the last 3xs I've been there and I can't get an answer why. This branch used to be great with personable people but boy has it changed! Everyone is short of help since covid so that should not be an excuse. Other local banks in the same center have drive-thru open as does the Rite Aid. Wells Fargo better take note

Probably the worst bank I have ever been too, rude tellers, understaffed and have no knowledge. Went to make 5 deposits and it took OVER 45 minutes for them to complete it. The teller decided it would be a good idea to take her break in the middle of doing my deposit after I have been sitting in the lobby for over 30 minutes. Have 2 people working on a Friday at 1:00. Very smart management!! Never had an easy time coming here even for a simple thing like getting change. Hopefully I never have to come back.

I can't make a customer complaint beyond the bank level. I was given a number after several tries that finally was supposed to give me a real person to talke to. When I did call the number, someone tried to sell me something or do some other promption. I am very dissatisified. I don't think they have a proper forym for complaints.

This place is horrible. I have been a banking with Wells Fargo for over twenty years which has been free of any issues. But.... everytime I come to this branch it's a problem. I'm thinking of pulling out my money and switching banks.

I have never gone into this building but I do use the drive through ATM. 4 different times now, it gives out $50 bills. I never need a $50 bill but if you ever do, this is the ATM for you!

Well, the staff is not very polite when you hear them celebrate that one of their tellers quit or and, or when a customer ends his banking relationship with them which resulted in a teller and a banker celebrating by dancing and i witnessed their conversation and celebration with my two eyes and I quote " he was annoying anyways, let's celebrate and do a dance!!!!!!!". I also witnessed a female teller years ago, named Carrie or Kerry eat her McDonald's burgers and drink at the teller station while serving customers, while telling her fellow teller about being more professional. (I thought she was kidding, but she was not). They really harass you about opening up credit cards ( Now I know about their high sale culture so I understand that the tellers have to do it, otherwise they get sacked). Do yourself a big favour and bank with a credit union or a reputable bank.

Disclaimer: I tend to write reviews of positive experiences with greater frequency than negative experiences- no complaining for complaining's sake from me. However... I took a friend into this branch today to close her account and ask for a fee reversal We are transitioning her to my CU (I've been banking with a local Credit Union for 3+ years now) and withdrew the majority of her funds down to
