My father-in-law, a disabled veteran, experienced incredibly poor service when attempting to get a will notarized. After calling ahead to confirm they had witnesses available (and being assured they did, with employees serving as such), he drove to the branch. He was then made to wait 30 minutes, only for staff to inform him at 4:59 PM (just before closing) that they couldn't notarize the will because he lacked witnesses. This occurred despite two employees appearing to chat idly since his arrival. What kind of business treats its customers, especially a disabled veteran, in such a manner?

Never use their ATMs for deposit. They will cheat you! Another location could not process a money order and I lost money as a result. This location's ATM was not able to read the cash I placed, nearly eating the money. So I had to try again in store with the teller. What's worse is the staff is so confident on their "flawless" ATMs and will try to coax you in to using them. Never do so!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Consistently the worst branch of this bank. Long wait times, if you’re trying to get things done don’t go to this location.

I am trying to open a new checking account today. I stepped into the Uwchlan branch at 11:30. I was told the only person who can help me was out for lunch. I said I can go to other branch nearby if someone is available to help me. He said yes, Smitha at Exton branch is available and you can go there right now. He promised to send an email over to her while I am traveling. I stepped into the Exton branch and talked to Smitha at 11:45. She was available but she had an appointment at 12:30 so she cannot help me. I would need an appointment the next day evening time if I still wanted to get it done. It is just ridiculous! Or I guess these days sitting around doing nothing for 45 minutes is expected for bank employees.

Never again will I ever bank here. It's just horrible I try to get ahold of you guys. And you guys DONT ANSWER EVEN THOUGH YOUR IN BUSINESS. I HAVE A STIMULUS CHECK THAT HIT THAT ACCOUNT AND I NEED YOU GUYS REJECT IT. I CALL THE OTHER BANK AND THE LADY INTERRUPTS ME.

I called to get information on notary services. I spoke to a lady who seemed least interested in helping out. After a minute or two of unhelpful guidance on how to navigate the website to make an appointment online, I told her that I don’t have a Wells Fargo account, and was only looking to getsome documents notarized. She said the bank doesn’t offer services to non-account holders and slammed the phone without letting me ask any follow-up questions.

Absolutely horrible service, I do not recommend this branch even if the world was ending. Very bad customer service. Seriously, please don't waste your time, there are a few other local branches in driving distance that will assist you.

Really bad customer service, left out this branch very unhappy. I will be contacting corporate for the interrogation process that was administered. The entire staff needs to be replaced from the supervisor down to the tellers. Extremely dissatisfied! Never will I return to this branch.
