Our company vehicle caught a flat in Exton, PA and we sought out several auto repair places in the area and were subject to price gouging and extremely poor customer service. Made a call to Whitford and they came to our rescue. Speedy, efficient and courteous service. We were both pleased with the above and beyond customer service as well as the extremely reasonable costs. We were so excited we gave them a $100 tip. Which ironically was still less expensive than the nearby competitors trying to rip us off! If you are near Exton, PA and need service do not go anywhere but Whitford Hills Auto! Trusted Service!

I have been taking my car here for a few years, and will never go anywhere else. They are extremely friendly and honest. They take the time to explain the repairs, and have a great turn around time. Everyone there is always so happy and eager to help. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Since moving to WC in 2018, this has been my families go to shop. They are honest people, just trying to fix your car up at honest rates with reliable hands. I have had multiple trips for oil changes, tire replacements, break pad installs, windshield wipers, inspections…you name it! But this last one was a fix it—or get new car type of situation for me, my car just wouldn’t start. Matt, Brad, and the team did their thing and found the issue. If you’re in the area and need car help…do yourself a favor and hit them up!

Came here with low expectations to just get a plug put in a tire. Walked in expecting the typical mechanic shop. You know what I'm talking about, grumpy, dirty, old man who acts like he is doing you a favor for letting you in the door .Instead, I found an extremely caring, helpful, and friendly guy named Brad (who I eventually found out is an/the owner). I am not a trusting person, but Brad passed about as well as anyone I just met could. Shop was clean, mechanics seemed happy to be there and just an overall great experience. I will see you next time I need an honest, reasonable mechanic. Thanks Brad and Andy ?

Wonderful service. Had a tire blowout, they managed to find an amazing used tire almost close to their closing and handled it in half an hour, for a low price, super friendly, gave me cookies after a terrifying sinking feeling I wouldn't be able to get my fiancee to work tomorrow. Thank you!!!!!!!
