Just rented a Penske truck through Whitford. I found out that the 26footer that I rented was overkill for what I had to do. Whitford was very accommodating in downsizing me to a more suitable rental. The rental process was quick and easy and the cost was more that reasonable. The truck itself was clean and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them for future rentals.

Not much of a tow company, that doesn't answer their phone during business hours. Almost impossible to find yard entrance, and when you call to ask for directions. THEY DONT PICK UP lol

They charged my friend 400 just to haul a car out a ditch pathetic and predatory I would not recommend this company at all!!!!

Mike, Jamie, and the team at Whitford Towing went above and beyond for us when we needed to rent a moving truck. The process was smooth and the truck was in great shape. We had no issues. Unethical… unethical.. charged my college student son nearly $400 dollars to tow his vehicle a couple miles .They Pick the vehicle up On Sunday, and locked it in their lot because they said they were closed..When he came to get the vehicle on Monday morning, he was charged 2 days of Storage at $130.and $250 dollars for a short tow…This is called Predatory pricing . Son had to use his tuition payment to get his vehicle…. Unethical…Unethical towing company .,,this practices must stop… just contacted the Attorney general general. Next the FTC and BBB.. Shameful.company….Service: Car towing

I called this company to see if they could transfer an exotic car onto my car hauler. They were happy to accommodate and were extremely reasonably priced! They showed up on time, were polite, clean, professional and nice trucks!I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

I recently rented a truck to move my daughter to Manayunk. When I went to pick the truck up and told the young lady checking me in what I was doing she said she was going to give me a truck with a mechanical lift on the back at no additional charge because "trust me you will need it." She couldn't have been more right and it was a lifesaver. I am so grateful that she listened to what I was using the truck for and told me that I was going to need that lift. I honestly would have never thought to even ask for it and I don't know what we would have done without it. It is that kind of customer service and attention to detail that will keep bringing me back. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I had an easy transition to the tire shop and my tow truck driver was very nice and down to earth! And I didn't have to wait too long either, it was an overall good experience. I'd recommend Whitford Towing if you break down or have to get your vehicle towed. Top notch customer service for sure!

These folks towed my family member's pride and joy to another location. Price was very reasonable and the person they sent was clearly very experienced. Price was quoted 10 days ahead and Julie who answered the phone remembered the entire conversation we had had. Although the truck arrived a little later than expected, service was still great. Would definitely use them again
