I want to take a moment to thank the lady that helped me a couple weeks ago.
I came in looking to submit a request for a handicap placard and was having difficulty writing my information down. She helped me without any questions, made me feel normal.

The Exton location has been closed the last three times I went during posted business hours. Very frustrating. Definitely call first, plan to go to the West Chester location, or find another place all together.
