“This was my third or fourth time buying tires here. Dale Pensak's was recommended by a friend. I have not bought tires anywhere else in the past two years, and I haven't had a single flat. I was about to purchase all season radials, but I asked Dale about whether I should get snow tires this winter, as I live in Susquehanna County where the roads are usually rough going and we get our share of ice and snow. Dale had just been to New Milford and noticed how potholes have taken over. He suggested getting four winter tires that were of much better quality than the all seasons that I had bought in February (and were already quite worn from all the driving I do.) The price per tire was almost the same, and I knew three of my tires needed to be replaced. He said I should have better traction and wear with these new tires, and that the price has surprisingly just dropped, and they cost less than they did a year ago. The snow tires cost the same as the all season radials, and should last longer. Dale's garage always checks the rims and valves and removes corrosion before putting tires on. More attention paid to putting on tires than I have seen anywhere. He fit me into an appointment 24 hours after I inquired. And he has the sweetest dog, who never fails to play fetch and brighten my day while my car is being worked on. Finally, my car drove so much better with the new tires.”

“One of our 2 vehicles broke down while we were traveling to the Finger Lakes from NJ. We called AAA and determined the car needed to be towed to a repair shop. We were far from home and unfamiliar with the area but AAA suggested we have it towed to one of their approved repair shops, the closest one being Clark's Garage. I was nervous about having the car towed to an unfamiliar place, but I had no choice. The tow truck arrived at our location, driven by a very nice man named Bob. I asked him if he knew anything about Clark's and he said "I'm the owner. Who else would be working at 5:30 pm on a Saturday?" He gave me his business card and even wrote his personal cell # in the back. I immediately felt relieved about where the car was headed. We unloaded the vehicle and rented a car and continued on our trip. I called the garage on Monday and was informed the water pump failed (which explains the water underneath the car) and would need to be replaced along with a serpentine belt (which was hanging out the bottom of the car). The cost of the repair was very fair and we were able to pay over the phone and have them lock the keys in the car and pick it up on the way home the following weekend. Clark's is a very honest, reliable and efficient operation. And Bob is a helluva nice guy. Thanks Bob and Clark's.”

“Went here on a tip from a local. Was having an issue with a tire on a company vehicle. After a brief introduction the guys got to work. No appointment, no call ahead, just a garage of knowledgeable and professional folks trying to help someone 2.5 hours from home. They were able to diagnose the problem and got me back on the road. Treated me like a life long customer the first time there. Thanks again.”
