“I’ve been going to Tommy for several years now. Prior, I had been going to chain auto maintenance shops (i.e., Monroe Muffler, Jiffy Lube). At those places, I ALWAYS got “nickel and dimed.” Tommy is an honest and trustworthy guy who isn’t out to screw anyone. Prices are more than reasonable and he will tell you what you do, and more importantly, DO NOT need. I would recommend him to anyone!”

“It finally happened — I successfully locked my keys in my car, in the only way possible in 2026. My car was locked, and I used my fob to open the trunk. I reached in deep to grab something, and I unknowingly dropped my keys in the trunk, and then closed the trunk lid.
Through AAA, Duchniks arrived quickly, all the way to Old Forge from Dalton, and easily opened my door. He delicately used a plastic wedge, and then an air wedge, creating the smallest opening possible so as not to bend the door frame. He then used his long reach tool to pull the interior door handle. It took less than two minutes.
