Visited Friday, August 11.I have never given a review, but my experience at this store warrants one.I just needed to print a few pages from one of the computers. When I asked a man working how to login to my email using FedEx's software, I was told "Are you in college?! You should already know how to do this by now." Instead of just helping, he stood over me telling me how stupid I was. When I figured it out, he sulked "finally", and left.I was the only customer in the store, so it wasn't like I was taking away time from other customers. I'm not really sure why this was such a major inconvenience for him.Unless you want to be treated with total disrespect, I would avoid coming here at all cost.

I went to mail some documents, next day I get a call saying the address was invalid and the business has moved and that I needed to go back to the fedex location to pick up the envelope. I called right away to make sure the address was correct and yes indeed the address was valid and the business has been there for a long time. I returned to the fedex location and spoke to the manager. He couldn't help me to resend the documents unless I would pay again. No help whatsoever. Poor customer service. And a waste of money and time.

I've been here a couple of times, and the service has always been fine, but today, wow, it was EXCEPTIONAL (insert sarcastic tone). I already had the package labeled & ready to go; the clerk only needed to scan it. His demeanor screamed, "I don't wanna be here." He took the package and scanned it in. That was it, no offer of the receipt, so I asked him for a copy since this package was for a client. His response was, I GUESS I CAN GET YOU THAT! He proceeded to ask if I wanted a million dollars too. He also asked if I wanted his Fed Ex shirt too. Maybe he was trying to be funny, but it simply came off as I inconvenienced him. I chuckled and said, "I will take the million dollars if you wanna give it away."I suppose I made a mistake and asked him to push a button and rip off a receipt from the printer. I mean, that takes so much effort. I am constantly shocked by how bad customer service has gotten in many places. It's stunning.

This is the worst run office you can imagine. Trust them with nothing. I sent an envelope to British Columbia. via FEDEX May 11. Charged me 49.40. Delivery promised May 17. Today I get a message that the envelope is stuck in San Leandro and that it needs a "commercial invoice". No mention previously and it will not get there as promised. Do not do business with these people, they are incompetent! Really disappointing.

I did a simple envelope drop off. Very rude staff. Front person named glen. Kindness and helpfulness should not be too much of an ask in uncomplicated and simple service transactions.

Incredibly RUDE staff. Just tried dropping off a package and was confronted by overly aggressive, unhelpful individuals. manager was standing right there and didn't do anything, was cool with the tone and language of disgruntled staff. Shocking and disappointed. Won't go back again.

This store is horrible for print orders. I tried to get postcards printed and the first time, the order was printed with one side upside down. The replacement order was trimmed so badly they cut off over 1/2 of the side of the card, and cut off words and images. The sizing was completely uneven - some cards were much larger than others. Some had jagged edges. And to top it off, when I went to pick up the replacement cards, the person behind the counter was super rude and seemed to have zero interest in helping me despite the fact that they were the ones who f'd up my order and made me have to go back twice to get them to reprint it. Just avoid this place if you want to save your money, your time and a lot of aggravation.

A part of my package was stolen. I brought in a set of individually wrapped books and a glass art piece in bubble wrap to be shipped to New York. The employee took the items and said they would package them in a larger box. The art piece never made it to the destination. My friend was wondering why such a big box was used for 3 books. This was her wedding gift and it's so horrible that her gift was ruined.

I've been thankful this convenient fed ex location many times but and submitting a review today because of Khalid. What a great store manager!! I showed up with my returns and a half printed mailing label - don't know how I missed that! He walked me through the best place to stand in the store to get wifi, how to send the label to fed ex to print and was friendly and efficient to several other customers while I worked it out. Thank you fed ex! Thank you Khalid!!

They were nice a elder man with glasses (colored) was really helpful he just got straight to it I ain't even do nothing as I came in but throw some trash away and signed a paper, after that my laptop came back in 4 days (would of been 2 but fedex) delayed my shipping

I am complaining about Danielle, She came to the register with a very smarmy attitude. Quite rude and after she asked me bluntly and with some hostility in her voice "what's in the box?", I took it and went to the ups store around the corner. There was only personal items, but I think the proper question is if there is anything flammable, etc. It is frankly, non of her business what I'm sending, only of it is explosive or not. It was meant to be rude,that much was obvious by the way she had presented herself. Excluding one package that was lost, I have never had any issue with any FedEx services or employee s in the past and don't want this to reflect on their business. I have used them many times in the past and will continue to use them at any other location.

I came to drop off a package Wednesday, 7/28/21 at 7:30pm (today). Upon entering the store, an older female employee wearing glasses started giving me instructions to drop off my package to my left in the drop-off bin. I noticed her tone did not sound kind, nonetheless I thanked her for describing to me where the drop-off bin was. As I made my way over to it, she kept instructing me in a rude and condescending tone what to do. I was just minding my own business dropping off my package and she kept essentially barking orders at me. I certainly felt bullied by this lady after I left. I'm concerned whether I'll face verbal disrespect from this employee in the future, which really doesn't sit well with me.
