He was exceptional and went beyond the call of duty. Not only pulling us from the ditch, but he put himself at high risk beyond the job requirements. He took a call and came up a treacherous mountain road in snow conditions with a base layer of ice.
He not only used professionalism, kindness, patience and compassion; he also stayed with us all the way down stopping at multiple points to get out of his truck and walk back to teach us how to properly descend that specific section of the pass. He taught and guided us to the bottom safely, every step of the way.

AFTER THE REPAIR WAS DONE, AND MY VEHICLE WAS BEING MOVED FOR ALIGNMENT, AND MIND YOU, MY VEHICLE IS 13 YEARS OLD. THE BRAKE LINES WENT OUT, WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACCIDENT. AND STEWART'S COLLISION, BECAUSE IT HAPPENED ON THEIR WATCH.
ATE THE BILL FOR THE REPAIR TO MY BRAKES, AND FIX THEM BEFORE YOU EVEN TOLD ME ABOUT IT. WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME AT NO COST TO ME.

I previous had it at 2 other garages that either could not do the work or were over priced. I received “detailed” updates during the process, there were no unexpected costs and the service was impressive . Also, the cost was < 1/3 of other estimates I received. Days later, I’m a very pleased customer.”

She also figured out a ride for me and my two kids since my car had to be towed and I didn’t have anyone to come get us. “I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name but he picked me up yesterday after blowing out my tire. He showed up 5 minutes after I called for a tow through AAA. He was the nicest, easiest going guy I may have ever met. The 20 minute ride to the garage was enjoyable as I chatted with him. He made my horrible day turn around instantly and I thank him for that!”
