I mentioned other concerns with speed, etc. Ayse offered some options for resolution - which I accepted. DONE in 3 days and it's like a brand new, better, laptop! Knowledgeable, great customer service, great communication (provided text / email updates for each phase of the repairs), FAST turnaround and all at a very reasonable price! I recommend you call them when you need their services. You will be very pleased, I am sure! Just awesome.”
