Purchased a new laptop and had data transferred from old computer. The computer tech/owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also provided a folder of very helpful information. Received new laptop in 3 days. I highly recommend Jesters Computer - no hard sales.

I was in there twice in the past 3 days for a problem with my iPad or I should say two problems with my iPad . It’s hard to express how pleased I am that there is someone local and at the same time very personable very professional, very good at what their doing and apparently very concerned about service to their customers. Besides all that I’m pretty sure Ayse is a magician cause I know what she did for me would be impossible for 97 percent of the folks reading this. If you don’t believe me, go to Best Buy , I dare you ! Ok fast forward to April 2025 . First and most important if at all possible, shop local, keep your community alive . These folks are the best . Maybe I’m wrong when I say these folks , Ayse might be the only magician there , at least she’s the only one I’ve dealt with. Nevertheless, I’ve been to the big box people before and the difference is night and day . At Jester’s I’m not a number , lm the guy that brought in an old computer that needed some real attention. The person I talked to personally took care of it and attempted to explain what she did in a way that I just might understand. That never happens in the big box . Give these folks a chance.

We purchased two computers from Jester's and are very happy with them.
Ayse was great to work with. She's very knowledgeable and communicated with me during the whole process. They were highly recommended by a few of our friends and we're very glad we decided to purchase our computers from them.

Excellent work all the way around. The work is unlike anything I have ever been witness to. GeekSquad cannot compare and are local too without having to break the bank. I have used their services twice now and I have not been the slightest disappointed.

I put my old lap top in for cleaning. Got it back within 24hrs. Looks great, works much better. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be more pleased with the sales and service. I replaced my old laptop with a new desktop purchased at Jester's. Ayse made sure I retained all my old data, set up the new system in my office, and even improved my internet connection. Highly recommended!

Had a GPU fan die and I replaced it but it was refusing to work after I reinstalled it back in my computer. The range of issues it could have been was staggering to me and I was getting overwhelmed. I gave them a call and described my problem and said to to bring my PC in. They were quick to determine that the GPU was not working anymore but the rest of the PC was working fine by testing a different card on my PC. While I have to get a replacement the fact that they found the problem quickly put my mind at ease and I was able to set a plan going forward. They listened to all the questions I had and gave clear answer, all of this in a single day! Would highly recommend you give them a call if you have problems with your PC
