Honestly, this place goes downhill every week. I've been shopping here since I was a kid, all my family and myself have our medication there. Numerous times they didn't have my medicine, they said they sent it to another location which they didn't, and Sunday they were supposed to be filling antibiotics for an infection from an animal bite and no one called to say they didn't have it in stock. I had to call, ask to have it transferred to another location and drive elsewhere to get it. I'm finally done. Will not use them for my pharmacy again.

Walked in for a passport pic. The staff just walked away and left me standing there for who knows how long. Waited for a while and went to walgreens. They did it right away.

There's an older woman that works as a cashier. She's so nasty. I don't even want to shop in the store anymore.I'm going to another location she's ignorant she doesn't say hello. She yells at you , I don't even know why she works there and I'm in retail myself, and I would never treat a customer the way this woman is she's miserable. I don't know if anybody else has experienced her but I'm just so sick of her attitude and I no longer want to shop in this location because she's that rude!!!!!!

The pharmacy is literally something else. You call for help they don’t answer the phone. You go in and wait an hour to get a prescription that is ready. The staff doesn’t want to help and becomes difficult if you ask them to do their job. It looks like they’re doing nothing behind the counter. If you can’t keep up with the demand hire more or inform people of the short staff/higher demand And my god ANSWER THE PHONE!

The CVS a pharmacy in Fairless Hills was awful. Following a cardiac procedure, the hospital called in a blood thinner to this pharmacy, for 90 pills. A blood thinner is never taken just one pill, it is a medication that must be taken over time. When my husband picked up the medication, after 2 phone calls to the pharmacy to get it filled, they finally filled it. The next morning when I opened the pills, there was only one pill in the bottle. When I called them, the answer from the pharmacist was, I knew it wasn't right, but filled it anyway. following the type of procedure I had, this medication is critical!!!!! So very frustrating. DO NOT a trust that they will monitor or even care about your prescriptions!!!
