Went to pick up my prescription because I got a text at 120pm saying to come get it , I got there at 130pm for them to tell me they can’t give it to me because they are on lunch and the bag was literally ready to go and now I have to come back tomorrow out of my way because they are ignorant and somehow that’s my fault

Never have prescription ready and they changed the automated phone system and it's not user friendly
