Good evening Google family. I visited today to reload my prepaid card. I have been here before maybe about a year ago. Jen was the young CVS lady associate who assisted me today. Jen was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very helpful with my transaction. Good experience here today. I will return. I am going to see Wicked:For Good for the fifth time at the Regal UA Oxford Valley movie theater. Plenty of parking here plus handicapped spaces are available. Good night.

CVS store associate Gina is very knowledgeable with her assistance in the makeup/facial products department. She is friendly, professional & helpful with all my questions & concerns which makes my shopping at this Fairless Hills CVS a pleasure to shop at. All in all Gina will assist in all product departments to the best of her knowledge.

Horrible service!!! Calling in is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate and NOONE ANSWERS or CALLS BACK EVER!! It’s a disgrace. Drive up service extremely long. Do better CVS!! Will be transferring prescriptions from CVS.

The customer service there is horrible, many of the employees there just talk and laugh and rarely any of them are up at the cashier doing their job and when they are, they just have an attitude the whole time!

Disappointing overnight experience—no urgency from staff
I visited the CVS at 504 S Oxford Valley Rd in Fairless Hills late last week, sometime between 1 AM and 3 AM. When I was ready to check out, no one was at the front register. I had to walk around the store to find the overnight staff, who were all on their phones and not paying attention to customers. When I asked to be checked out, I was told to use self-checkout. I said I’d prefer an employee to ring me up, but they didn’t seem interested in helping. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially at a 24-hour location. The pharmacy team has always been professional—this review is strictly about the store staff. CVS needs to address overnight accountability.

The Overnight staff needs serious retraining—or replacing.
I visited this CVS in Fairless Hills around 1 AM, and I can confidently say the overnight store staff—NOT the pharmacy—was the most ignorant and disrespectful I’ve ever encountered. One male employee in particular made the experience unbearable. He was dismissive, rude, and acted like basic customer service was beneath him.
This wasn’t a one-off attitude problem—it was a full-on display of incompetence and arrogance. No help, no courtesy, just pure hostility. If CVS corporate cares at all about their reputation, they need to take a hard look at who’s representing them during overnight hours.
I wouldn’t trust this crew to handle a receipt, let alone anything involving sensitive transactions. If you value your time, money, or dignity, avoid this location after dark. It’s a liability waiting to happen.

Went to pick up my prescription because I got a text at 120pm saying to come get it , I got there at 130pm for them to tell me they can’t give it to me because they are on lunch and the bag was literally ready to go and now I have to come back tomorrow out of my way because they are ignorant and somehow that’s my fault

I’ve never in my life honestly had to wait so long in a pharmacy drive-through ever! They either need to have two different windows, or they need to find more help! Or do something because this is absolutely ridiculous. This is not even the first time that I’ve had to wait this long. It’s probably my fourth time coming to pick up my father’s prescription and I sit in the drive-through line for 30 minutes or longer almost every time!
