Thank you again Kaylin and Dan! You both went above and beyond and helped out so much today. I can’t thank you enough. This is one of the best stores that we go to and I’m so glad that there are good employees (Kaylin and Dan) that actually care about the customers. I’ve had an issue with my account that has been ongoing for the past three years after someone hacked it. I have dealt with GameStop support on the phone and email and it has been nothing but hassle but today it was finally settled. Thanks to you both, and everything is back to where it should be. So we will be GameStop customers again now because of you both!

Been going here since I was a kid. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go (including myself during the pandemic) and the workers here are all super nice and knowledgeable. I’ve never seen a more put together staff at this GameStop before. They are always super helpful.

Will never come to this store again. Came with my kids on Pokemon journey together release day. My kid spotted a booster bundle sitting behind the counter and starting going nuts saying they have one left! To our surprise the employee working then said “oh that’s mine sorry” then proceeded to show us a card she pulled from a surging sparks booster pack she said she opened earlier In the day. Awesome. So glad the employees are able to get their hands on pokemon packs but the normal customer trying to find packs for their kids can’t get anything. Wasn’t a single pack in the store for us to purchase. Absolutely disgusting. And I hope a manager sees this and takes action on this employee for buying release day product and leaving it out in plain view for customers to get their hopes up thinking they had one left for sale. Can’t even express how disgusted and frustrated I am

The guys are cool, always helping. The girls in the other hand no so much, the tall one just seems to but in and talk your ears off, and the little one seems like she’s doing too much

This GameStop is amazing. Full of games in original cases with a massive variety from all the systems. Store is very clean. The staff is very helpful and will take the time to talk with you about your gaming needs and help search out what you are looking for.

This particular Gamestop location was very nice inside. It looks like it was recently renovated with new floors. The staff member who helped me out was very nice and professional.

Bad customer service, poor attitudes. My dad and went there to get some cards at 4PM on a Saturday and the door was locked. Sign posted saying they would be away from 3:45 to 4:30. The store should be staffed enough to cover breaks. We wasted our time driving there and we refused to wait 30 minutes outside.

The worker there was terrific but corporate decided that only one person is enough to handle the entire store, all day, without getting a break. Terrible management

Love the store! I usually buy games and some merches that I love for my social media streaming as I’m working to be a gaming influencer and pick up from there when I order something. Great service and thanks!??

Store is not open even though their hours say they should be open (currently 10:10am on a Saturday). Not the first time this has happened.
