Chloe is outstanding. First tattoo in a while and on my foot and it was painless. Already scheduled for another. Building was clean and sanitized. Excellent music

Overall I was very impressed with the service. Cole and Chloe were both very friendly, and the price was good. The tattoo came out very well.
