Arrived 30 minutes before 11:30am appointment and after checking in was put in staging area.. 15 minutes before appointment was assigned a area to be loaded 🫡

Been here twice. Both appts were at 0900. I arrived around 0730 both times and was able to leave by 0830. Knocked off a star because the male at the check in office is ornery as hell; was talking to a coworker to the point he closed the window so I couldn’t hear (I wasn’t even listening) and it was cold outside.
