I bought a pre-owned 2019 6 speed manual Ford Mustang from them, they were nice and welcoming and chill. However I do wish that they had disclosed that the rims on the car had curb-rash (online you couldn't tell from the photos, and when I called and asked if there was anything wrong with the car, they did not disclose this). To be fair they did offer to fix it for free with no hassle so not too bad. Other than that Chris who helped me was very nice and helpful! Clean dealership, lots of cars, great car buying experience.

Peruzzi Mazda incorrectly installed an after-market oil filter during their “included” 5,000 mile oil change.
We brought our new, 2024 Mazda CX-5 in for the scheduled complimentary 5,000service. We waited around all day for a one-hour scope of work, and had to explore the suburban morass on-foot as they didn’t have a loaner or a Lyft to a better location to wait. They STILL weren’t done after calling us back for pick up.
Car seemed normal for a week. However, after sitting for two weeks while we were on vacation, the oil light came on almost as soon as we got home. By the time we were able to schedule a second service with another dealer, the check-engine light was on.
The second dealer found that Peruzzi’s Service Center had installed an aftermarket STP oil filter and failed to tighten it down properly. The end result was an almost total loss of oil over a month, risking the engine.
The other dealer not only comped us the second oil change, but provided us with documentation on what Peruzzi had done AND provided an Uber to/from work to make service easier.
Still unsure what long term damage Peruzzi’s Service Center has done to the car, or how two closely spaced services will impact resale value.

Peruzzi Mazda was a roller coaster of an adventure, however ended in a positive experience. I booked an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. I came in and test drove it, sat down and looked at finances and details. After that visit I had continuously expressed interest in this vehicle by communicating almost every day with sales reps and booking an appointment in anticipating purchasing the vehicle (they don’t hold pre owned vehicles even with a down payment). But according to some of these reviews they held people’s vehicles, I guess not in my experience though. The day of my appointment I get a phone call confirming my appointment for this vehicle around mid day and I confirmed it. I live about an hour away from this dealership and less than 5 minutes before I got there I receive a phone call saying that vehicle I was going in there to purchase has been sold. No decency to give me a phone call or notify me about someone looking at the vehicle I anticipated purchasing that same day. Very upsetting getting the rug pulled out from underneath you after nothing but open communication and expressed interest in a vehicle.
After all that insanity, Jocelyn came in and helped me select an alternative vehicle. Her service was unmatched. She was personable, friendly, and resourceful. The process with her was smooth and simple. She offered me multiple vehicle options but made sure she was displaying vehicles with the features I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a vehicle! After a rocky start with other sales reps, Jocelyn turned that experience around and made it amazing. Thank you Jocelyn!

Just purchased a 2024 CX-30 preferred from Peruzzi and can’t say enough great things about the service and buying experience. Prices of the vehicles were competitive compared to other dealers and interest rate specials were great. Our salesman Jordan was excellent. Definitely recommend Peruzzi Mazda!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially Dave. There did seem to be some miscommunication between the Internet and floor sales over whether the car I was interested in had been sold when I made an appointment to test drive it, but I was notified first thing the next day that it had gone well before my appointment.

I was shopping around for a used CX-5, and had a great experience at Peruzzi Mazda and with a sales rep named Tom. I ended up choosing a different vehicle, but the service that was offered by Tom and Peruzzi Mazda was great.
Tom was happy to let me know that they don't charge any crazy fees or market adjustments, as I have been discouraged by in the past as some dealers across the border in NJ. He then kept me in the loop via text on the two used vehicles that I was interested in as they moved through the pre-sale process.
Based on my experience, I will recommend Peruzzi Mazda to anyone in the area that is in the market for a Mazda.
