Me and My Friend were interested in adopting a dog. We asked if we could take a look at one and sit in the area where we could play with it. The man proceeds to say he’s busy with an adoption and if we weren’t serious about adopting then no he cannot take it out. We told them we had a dog already and asked it if they were friendly with other dogs. he then says that depends on your dog ( with a lot of attitude) at this point he’s being very unprofessional and very rude to me and my friend maybe considering that we look younger? and he wasn’t taking us seriously. I think that this is completely unprofessional. we walked around the store 10 more times trying to find a worker to let us look at the dogs. the one female worker was helping with this adoption, the other 2 men were completely doing nothing and did not let us take the dog out to see if we wanted it or not.

I went in with my daughter looking to adopt a pet. There was one we were interested in so asked if we could see her outside the cage to see her temperament. One of the workers was called to attend to us. He comes up to us and says “we are really busy right now. So unless you are serious right now about purchasing a pet it’s not a good time to take her out”….. how are we supposed to know if this is a match for us without playing with her for 15 minutes?!? I sure as heck would never purchase a pet just by seeing her in the window…. Needless to say, we are never going back to this place again!

in april, i bought a baby rabbit. i immediately noticed he was acting odd when i brought him home - lethargic, not too interested in food, and laying stretched on his stomach. i feared gut stasis, which happens primarily when rabbits are not fed correctly. it appeared at the store that he was eating pellets and hay - baby rabbits should NOT eat pellets! long story short, my rabbit almost died because of the negligence of care at pets plus and i had to spend nearly $2,000 to save his life. i do not recommend purchasing a small animal from here unless you want a dead one on your hands, or unless you want to spend thousands in vet bills to correct their poor standard of care.(he's doing great now and runs my house, lol!)

This place is everything to help out your pets. And also is a great place to buy a pet. If you’re buying a bunny, a dog, a hamster a guinea pig a cat it’s perfect.

This place was great! When you approach the building, you never would believe how big it is inside! They have lots of choices for your fish pond! Many Koi ponds with different sizes to choose from! They have rescue puppies and kittens for adoption! Prices are great as well! They have everything you need and more!!!

Used to come here a lot to get supplies for my rabbit. I actually bought both of my rabbits here. Unfortunately upon coming in for the first time in a while, we noticed 2 lop bunnies that were in an enclosure meant for ferrets and rats. The enclosure is far too small for a rabbit, even for a pet store. There had also been times where water bottles were empty, but employees carried on with other tasks before taking care of the animals that depend on them. Personally after seeing the poor maintenance of rabbits here, we will probably not be coming back.

I came here hoping to be able to support a local business after receiving terrible customer service at a large chain, but was so disappointed I took my business elsewhere. I would really like an explanation as to why their adoption fees are 5-10 times higher than more reputable local rescue organizations. Also, I have no respect for a company that supposedly aims to place pets in happy healthy homes while selling the third most abandoned pet for a small fraction of the cost of their adoptable pets. Rabbits are just as much, if not more, of a financial commitment as cats and dogs and there are nearly as many abandoned and abused rabbits as there are cats and dogs. They have one rabbit housed alone that is labeled as “not compatibal” with other rabbits. Aside from the appalling misspelling, this is just a euphemism for the fact that this rabbit likely wasn’t “cute” enough to be purchased before he became capable of impregnating their other rabbits.

I love to go I here and see the doggies and kitties. Great selection of adorable bunny rabbits and guinea pigs too. The fish aquarium part almost feels like a museum!
