There was a little bit of confusion when I first came and there was dog hair everywhere, tons and piles of it like they couldn’t clean that up our nail appointment was at 6 PM. I did not care for that. They need to clean as they go.

They have it so people are parking at the curbside pickup and then the people coming from the other direction can’t pass by bc your sign for pedestrians are there too please fix this it doesn’t help that the person doing it today was literally on the opposing side of traffic like an idiot

The staff at the Fairless Hills location were really rude to me and would not allow me to buy starter fish for my tank without testing my water. They would not even allow me to buy feeder fish. I got much better treatment at Petco. The staff there were much more friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help me. I learned at lot today thanks to Petco! I highly recommend them!

I was just at Petsmart and their power is out yet they’re still letting people drop their dogs off for boarding. So if the power is out that means there’s no air conditioning! Please stop dropping your dogs off to unsafe conditions. Not to mention when you’re touring the place make sure their temperatures are lower than 72 degrees. You might be going on a nice trip but don’t leave your pet in miserable conditions.

We come here often because we have many pets and PetSmart is the only local place we can get these supplies. Otherwise I would not support them. This location in particular sells chinchillas with improper care and neglect. The bedding in her tank yesterday had paper bedding which can kill her very painfully if ingested. They need Aspen bedding. I understand this may be likely a standard set by the company itself but it is heart breaking to see. Not only that but their pamphlets for chinchilla care says to give fruits and vegetables weekly which again, will kill your chinchilla from bloat as they are not meant to eat ANY fresh fruit or vegetables under ANY circumstance.
If you cannot provide proper care or advice for the animals you are selling then they should not be sold at all. Exotics have no place in common pet stores for this reason.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I booked an appointment for a wash, brush and deshedding online. When I arrived the girls behind the grooming counter were SO rude and not the least bit courteous. I was stunned at the lack of customer service. I waited my turn, and as I waited, watched one of them cut the snout of the dog she was grooming with scissors. When I asked if they could remove some of the matts that had formed under my dog's armpits, the girl behind the counter stated that I must not brush my dog. Again, I was stunned at the rudeness. I will NEVER shop or use Petsmart services EVER again and will tell everyone I know how bad my experience was!!! Unbelievable!!

Couldn't finish more than bathing my dog,last year similar issue at levittown location. Definitely can't recommend the grooming service.

Shopped here today after my cats stopped eating their usual food. Wow, this place had a huge variety of cat food to choose from! Pet food mega-center!
