I opened an Astate account at this location and Iris walked me through the entire process and made it very easy and because of her and the rest of the staff I will be doing all my personal banking with TD. Iris was patient and explained everything to me and I never once felt I was an inconvenience to her like I had experienced at another banking establishment. Thanks Iris

I came to the Fairless hills location today because someone hacked my MAC card in New York on Monday. I spoke to Hetal, and she issued me a new card and credited my account for the fraudulent charge. Thanks for the assistance. Tom kutz

Iris is an excellent service rep!! She helped me when changed my bank account information to my married last name and even called me to let me know when it changed over. She went above and beyond with her service, I’m so grateful for that.

Always an issue with the ATM machines. Either you can't deposit cash or it just doesn't work. Such an inconvenience.

horrible, every single time i come to the window to deposit, i wait ATLEAST 25 minutes. The longest waited was 45 minutes because I was stuck between 2 cars. The man at the window asked me when i finally pulled up “How are you today?” And i responded with, “Actually horrible because i’ve been waiting in line for over 40 minutes, it’s ridiculous.” I use to deposit cash after work 4x a week, i dread even going the 1 time a week i go now because of how long I wait. They really need to up their staff in the window!!!!!!

Been banking here for almost 5yrs. The ladies here are very polite and helpful. Most of my encounters and transactions went very smooth. They help you with your normal everyday transactions and also put you onto knowledge about banking strategies and different ways to get your money faster who wouldn't love that!! Overall I actually look forward to coming here every week to cash my check. The customer service is phenomenal and they greet you by name which makes it more personal and inviting. Would recommend most people to go bank here if thinking about opening up an account.

If you deposit anything over $5,000 as a check they're not going to clear it until 6 or 7 days so be careful they'll tell you it'll clear the day or two but they won't, they hold it until the very last day!! Totally what I wanted to hear!!!

How about you fix the atm during business hours. Or get a drive up one. Im tired of wasting my time on a Sunday because you need to fix the atm. Yes this has happened more than twice.

Sopped here to grab a money order/bank check. Would not give me unless I opened a bank account with them even though they have done this in the past for other people I know who do not bank here. If this is your policy you should stick to it for everyone. Not just pick and choose who feel like helping out. Now I need to drive 20 minutes out of the way in order to go to a different bank even though I’m sitting here with cash in hand. Not to mention the bank tellers made me wait while there was no one else there. And were incredibly rude once I told them I did not want to switch banking institutions.
