This is the BEST Ulta location I’ve ever been to! I’m constantly reviewing products and trying new things out for myself, so I’m always running to Ulta. When I walked in, I was greeted by Ava. Not only was she nice but she was able to help me revamp my entire makeup collection! She knows her stuff!

The lady with split color hair literally followed me and my friend around the store while we were looking at the press on nails and makeup products. As we walked to the front to get in line she spoke in her headset “coming to the front now”.

I am editing my review due to the poor customer service. I got this evening. You know how they always ask you for your phone number for rewards.? Well, I didn’t feel like giving mine for my own reasons which I’m allowed to choose not to. The person at the counter with long dark hair with blonde streaks First lies to me and tells me that they can’t proceed past the telephone number input screen Number Without a valid telephone number. Then repeatedly tries to frighten me by saying things like oh I really hope you don’t have to return this and you’ve got your paper receipt because if you don’t put in your phone number, you can’t return anything Without that paper receipt. At the end of the transaction again, I was trying to be bullied into using my phone number. Are you sure you don’t wanna put in a phone number with that $321 purchase? You won’t be able to return anything without the paper receipt, better not loose it. Yes, I’m sure I won’t be returning anything and I won’t be returning to Ulta either. I will be taking my business to Sephora. Smaller selection, but I’m always treated with respect and never bullied into doing things that I don’t want to do.

I was recently shopping at the Ulta in Langhorne, PA with my brother and his fiancée. I’m 17, and like most people, we were testing some of the products on our hands while getting ready for an upcoming vacation. While we were there, a younger employee with black hair asked us if we were “doing okay” over five times in just ten minutes—and continued to stare at us the entire time. The store was crowded, yet we were the only ones being treated this way. I work in retail, so I understand the need to watch for theft, but the way we were being watched was uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially when I was with my family just trying to shop. Multiple employees looked at us like we were doing something wrong, and it felt like we were being judged or talked about. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to that location—and if this kind of treatment continues, I’ll do more than just leave a review.

A few weeks ago I came in and was helped by a worker named Ava (I believe that was her name she had long brown hair). She was amazing and went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. Her customer service really stood out!

I have never been to Ulta Beauty before but they sold the skin care I need that I was out of stock and couldn’t find anywhere else besides Amazon. It’s a great place extremely clean, people who know what they’re doing. The only problem I have is I bought two things and it was almost $50.

I came in the store to get a refund. My bankcard wasn’t letting me get the refund. the people in the Ulta sat with me while I sat on the phone angry for a good 15 minutes. 20 minutes. They found a way to get me a refund. In a way in which they didn’t have to do because the way they did it is, is usually a last resort for retail. so I really appreciate it and all the girls in the front and the manager. I do apologize if I get her name wrong it’s either Shelly or something along those lines. God bless them. I hope they have a wonderful year. Thank you for the help. The devil was trying me on the phone that day . I will recommend ppl come based off this interaction. I’m not even a make up girl haha

John Smith gives a great haircut. He really takes his time. He's also very nice. I feel for his level of education the price is very reasonable. ( 67.00 before tip). If you can't get him I can also suggest John mcvaney. He's good as well. I'm tempted to switch salons and have john S. do my color.

I got my bangs done by a woman I think named Linda and she cut off so much hair and so short. I had a photo of light whispy bangs and she cut them entirely wrong with so much weight. Despite asking for front bangs she kept separating them to try and make them curtain bangs when I asked for the center to be shorter to try and look something like the photo I showed to her over 5 times she said no? Luckily I was refunded and had a man name John even out the center but now I have two giant chunks of hair on the sides of my head I have to wait months to grow out. She has no idea how to cut hair. Do not request her.

She walked me through different options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and made the whole experience feel super easy. She was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I went to get a shade match for a new foundation and one of the employees, I asked her which one she recommended, she said “well these are more your price range”
( she showed me the cheapest crap there)
Then proceeded to say that I would not be able to afford the foundation that I was initially looking at ( which was the charlotte tilbury foundation)
I was very disappointed and frustrated, until one employee with blonde hair helped me out and helped me find my shade!
I wish I knew both of their names, the second girl was 100% better.
I always used to have good experiences here until today…..
