I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful 💗

This has been happening a lot especially when I have some kind of card in my envelopes. I've also been missing mail once in awhile. Someone's doing this possibly in the postal office. Just making people aware

I worked with an amazing representative there and then messed up on the phone survey, and I wanted to say how appreciative I am of the help she gave. If she is representative of the level of service at this post office, it's 5+ stars!

A 4 PM closing time seems quite early, particularly when most post offices in high-traffic areas operate from 8 AM to 5 PM or later. This is just another example of how the USPS system seems to be declining in service and convenience.

Hidden gem. It’s rare to see a USPS with kind staff but the staff here at this USPS were very helpful. It’s wasn’t busy too so I was in and out in less than 5 mins.

Smaller post office but no line and I was in and out to drop off packages and pick up stamps for my holiday cards. They did have packing tape available which is a nice plus. Also drive up mail box drop in the parking lot near the McDonald's.

Every package I've order or sent out recently has been delayed by weeks. I sent out one package that was 5 miles away and it ended up 800 miles away. I know that this specific post office isn't to blame for all of my packages, BUT USPS blames Covid for its delays. I stopped at this location to drop something off and neither employee was wearing a mask behind the counter. I hate wearing a mask myself. But everyone else in the country is wearing them, they could at least try to care about their job. UPS, FedEx and every other company that has been working through Covid has learned, adapted and changed things within their company to become efficient. EXCEPT FOR USPS. They don't hire more employees, they don't hire temps, and they don't change policy's. But I'm sure they'll raise their prices and expect people to pay them more money for them to just lose our packages. I will never send another package out through USPS.
