I had the most amazing experience with the customer service representative Qadir. He was so helpful to address all of our needs. He even offered to give us his phone number if we needed anything else. It was a breath of fresh air compared to the service I usually receive everywhere. I would absolutely want to have him as my customer service representative in the future when I come to Verizon. I would give him 10

Stopped in to get my info. switched over to my new phone.
Paole greeted me and said yes he could do that for me.
It took maybe 20 minutes to get it done, my old phone kept kicking him out.
Everything transferred good.
Paole was very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Augustine and Paolo helped me out of the course of 2 visits and got a complicated situation with an upgrade taken care of quickly with great service. Out of all the Verizon retailers in the area I would recommend this location above all.

Verizon gained a new customer as we were fortunate to work with Paul. He worked with us solidly on switching from another provider as we had a lot of questions. He was professional, helpful and extremely thorough. He returned our call about a question immediately. I hope management reads these reviews about Paul and what an outstanding employee they have in him.
