We waited 25 minutes for our 10:30 appointment, despite a lengthy conversation by phone as to why we needed to schedule the in-person appointment, had to start all over and explain all to the manager at the reason why we were at the bank to create a relationship account. I drove past going home from shopping. It's a busy establishment. The drive thru was updated with extra safety barriers. It's clean and landscaping is kept up.

I contacted their toll free number and the local branch about identity theft and got a very underwhelming response. I called the local bank for an appointment over a week ago. Someone took my info and said they would get back to me. Didn't happen. Now they want to raise their fees. I think it's time for a new bank.
