Took 2-3 weeks to scan packages that were handed to them which caused major delay in delivery time.

Arrived at 8:45 am and the lobby was not open. The sign and website states the lobby opens at 8:15 am.

Showed up a few minutes after they were supposed to be open and waited for 20 before I had to leave for work. Hope everyone is okay but seems to be a trend at this location to not open on time.

they will NOT be open in the morning when they’re supposed to be! save ur time and don’t go in the morning - whole building locked and should’ve been open for 10 mins already

Don't ever expect this location to be open on time (8:15). The woman who works this location always shows up 15-30 minutes late. Obviously USPS won't do anything about it so just save yourself the time and show up later.

Extremely rude person. She said she was covering for someone. She refused to send my package because it was almost 4pm (they are supposed to close 4:15pm). I tried to argent that the store was not even closing yet but she didn’t accept my package.I have sent several international packages from other location and it takes no more than 5 min to fill the information in their system.

The lady is very rude. I was there 3:45 PM and the office closes at 4:15 PM. She told me she had enough hours that day after I told her I need to made a phone call to the customer service.

Very slow and rude. Post office closes daily for at least 1.5-2 hrs for lunch. Can not count on them to open or close on time. I wish this wasn't the closest Post office to my house and would drive to eagleville for much better service and reliability
