This place has the worse customer service i have ever experienced. As soon as i called this place the guy who answered was hostile and rude. I asked him very basic questions and he started attacking me from the start. Its fine if you don't want a person's business but you could talk to them way better. I get the feeling that the owner is going to read this review and respond by making negative comments and try to turn it into my fault somehow. Long story short you will never have my business and i will never recommend you to friends and family.

Bert is the best, hands down! I purchased a vehicle from him a couple years ago and it was recently totalled, back to 1st Choice for another ride! I had issues with settling the payoff in the other vehicle and Bert stepped right in to help! I wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes to buying a vehicle!

Profit is not a dirty word, but when you go about it, in a non truthful manner it makes you resent a business. This dealer was supposed to be a family friend and took advantage of a single mom of a child with autism. She had just come out of a vehicle accident and was desperate to get a vehicle and fast. They found an Equinox at auction, which was fine but did have a little body damage to it. But that shouldn't be an issue, because you would think that the price would reflect that, unfortunately that was not the case, going on faith, this dealer sold the car over book price! Then to make matters worse, tied in an extended warranty, and gap insurance in the deal. If your not familiar with gap insurance it is when you usually buy a car with no down payment or are upside down on a trade in. She put 8000 dollars down, gap was not needed, worse the dealer did not even try to "sell" the extra items, just telling her the whole time, that a warranty was included in the price! When you reach that level of not even being able to call yourself a salesman, and just a dishonest order taker it is time to rethink your career choices. Then not even giving the buyer a copy of their paperwork, saying "We don't keep copies of paperwork," well sir I can see why not. If a normal sales person did what you did, I think they couldn't even look at themselves in the mirror! After multiple attempts on trying to get info from the dealer on paperwork, warranty, basically everything, finally had to contact the lender to get a copy of everything, and was able to try to salvage some of the stolen money. So if you are thinking about purchasing from this dealer, do your homework and just remember no extended warranty or any other extra products are needed when financing a vehicle. And if your told the vehicle comes with a warranty, make sure you see the numbers on a contract!!!! Not just that's included in the vehicle price.
