New business owner who needed a new sign last year. After getting quotes which were out of our budget or from a place who warned us about how difficult our landlord was to work with, I called Kent at Bartlett signs. He was efficient in getting me a very reasonable quote, assured me he's worked with our landlord in the past and knew the zoning requirements.Working with the design side was a breeze (they were attentive and detailed down to the exact shade used) and we had a sign installed while I was out of the country a few weeks later. Super nice guys who do amazing work! Affordable and prompt. Mike Long was super helpful, he even was trying to find me ways to save money on creating other signs for my business. I was unhappy with where the sign was located on the front of the building so Mike and his guys went out of their way for me and came back after the weekend to adjust the entire sign to a higher location. Mike and his crew put up both of my Snap Fitness signs, these are the big LED lite up ones. Check them out at 2424 East 38th Street! One is located on the Main entrance side (East 38th Street) and the other is on the back of the building (the Bayfront Highway). Bartlett signs did an incredible job!!! I highly recommend this company to do your big lite up signs.

Extremely reliable! Not only have we had all of our signage done by Bartlett but when we need a reinstall they are prompt! Dan and Jim were very professional and thorough with great customer service skills! Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
