FIrst time customer coupon was not valid for my purchase - when I called was told some vendors don't honor coupon. Shouldn't this be listed on the coupon? Very little interest on the rep's part to try and retain me as a customer. Quite disappointed. Bye

Blatant disregard of data privacy laws.Made my first order with the company, and made sure the check box to subscribe for marketing emails was left blank. Immediately received a marketing email, even before my order confirmation email. Have received multiple since then as well, despite hitting ubsubscibe on each.

I oder online frequently and I have had no issues at all. My orders are shipped super fast and the customer service is great, I like the constant updates about my order location and delivery time. This is my favorite site for all my angling needs.

I'm a new customer at FishUSA.. I ordered online $200.00 in brand new Bandit Deep Walleye Lures.. They arrived in perfect condition & on time.. The customer service was awesome.. They went above & beyond for me.. I'm a for life customer now & wear my FishUSA Tshirt or hat everytime I'm out fishing.. Looking forward to visiting the store for the 1st time soon.. A few weeks ago I ordered around $200 worth of fly fishing gear from FishUSA. After the first day I stopped getting notifications about my package. I emailed them stating that prior this year I had problems with their shipping with an order of a rod and reel and I was worried the same thing happened. They said they couldn’t do anything since it was before 6 days which was fine. But after that was when it got fishy. They stated that I received it from USPS that week. That is completely false and impossible because it showed up at my neighbors door via ups down the road a few weeks later. I told them this and they basically blamed me or a family member for picking it up and did not ask for proof until I had to say it was unacceptable that the company was not worried about a lost order and would not do an internal investigation. I usually order online a month before a trip or before specific fishing seasons. Last order was for the walleye season which was missed and this order was for a fly fishing trip with my father up north. I had to buy a cheaper alternative on my trip. It’s discouraging because I have a few friends that are sponsored through fishusa. I have a few stickers on my vehicle, but I will be taking him off. If you need items before a specific date do not order.

Stopped in to the shop today, and the guys there were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and even gave my two boys hats. I’ll shop nowhere else now.

This place is horrible. Don’t order online! Idk how the store is but it’s probably better. The store hours are longer than the customer service hrs. So from my purchase online and experience it sucked. Didn’t come on time for express shipping. And they sent it to the wrong place so it got returned to sender. I had fast contact about the express delivery. But as I am writing this review. I have not had a response from them about the package being sent to the wrong place. I’m asking for my money back to and haven’t got a response. I am from Oregon also and my experience was nothing like the other Oregonians who had his arrive a day early

Great selection but if you have to return anything they deduct the shipping.Therefore you will not receive a full refund and pay the cost of shipping both ways. Greedy company.I don’t agree with that so I’m in no hurry to make any further purchases with Fish U.S.A.!

I’ve put a few orders through now. A rod, reel, and tackle. Everything is well packaged, and accurate. For me in Oregon, it generally arrives a day early compared to tracking info. Great company, thanks folks.
