Northwest Bank has kind, and friendly employees. Even before I was a bank customer, they were always friendly. Thats why I choose them for my bank. They have convient locations. They have many options for your money.

25 year customer here, incurred 3 overdraft fees due to a mistake by my insurance company on auto draft.Called customer service, they said I had to go to a branch, went to west 26th street branch, waited in line to be told my branch was Fairview branch, I had to go there( I avoided Fairview since they literally yelled at me 10 years ago for going there when it wasn’t my home branch, I should go to aLake city where I opened my account, lake city is closed now) . The teller was very nice and informed me west 26th street could have and should have handled my issue. The very pleasant teller spoke to the manager who informed her they would only refund 1 of 3 fees. As I enter my older, higher earning years I’ll be sure to buy all future financial products from someone besides Northwest bank. Just as they were in a position to start making real money off of me they blew it. Thanks Northwest Savings Bank.

Charged and sent paper statement fee after years of being on e statement and I never requested one. When called wouldn't credit fee. Customer for 27 years :(

I have been with the Northwest Bank for 43 years and wouldn't trust any other. The branch in Fairview, since it opened, has been my go to branch. I love going in at least once a week and being known, by name, makes it special. The tellers are friendly and personable and always efficient. Always upbeat and cheerful with a smile and great service! Thank you!

Not the most friendly people available. I've had several issues both with the bank and the app. The management there is always rude if you have an issue with something and need their assistance.

Friendly staff and usually very quick. I have gone both inside and thru the drive thru and both have been quick and courteous transactions.
