“They get a 5 star rating. They are working under a legislative handicap not of their making. The had DeJoy, a postmaster trying to move them to privatization. He waited to resign once he was sure that Trump was in power, so the Republican PO board could appoint someone just like him. “ Good luck, rural delivery areas “. ?”
