Well it started with having jury duty I asked for a doctor's excuse they said they sent one they never did they lied to me then I asked him to send the denial letter or approval letter and they refused to send even a denial letter when the jury people require me to have that letter whether I'm approved or denied I care which way they still need it and they refuse to do their job and they tell you they're going to prescribe you one thing and then to the pharmacy and it's prescribed you toward three different things that they didn't even tell you about I just don't understand why so lazy to send one sentence saying you're denied somewhere it's not that hard they're ridiculous they make all that money but can't get off their butt or sit on their butt type one sentence for their customers so now I'm looking for a different doctor want that at least we'll take care of their patients properly not a lazy one

Brian is one of the best doctors I know and cares deeply about his patients. He makes me feel comfortable each appointment and makes sure that everything is discussed before I walk out the door. He does a very thorough job and is sincere with how he communicates. Destiny is very thorough and sincere as well! 10/10 recommend!

I've been going to Dr Spellacy since they opened and all my children too. They were awesome back then. I barely seen my doctor as the years went by. Recently my son needed shots for 6th grade and his flu shot which we get every year. I called yesterday an they said they were there. Now their not.? Now they say I have to pay 200 dollers for a upmc facility fee which the doctors office could waive or even bill me. Even though I've been going there for years! Obviously money is more important than their patients. I can't believe that during a pandemic that they won't even bill me for getting my 11 year old son his vaccinations. It's funny when my insur. covers the flu shots they had them and now they don't. To me. That sounds like insurance discrimination.

I called to ask for some information from the doctor regarding one of the patients I am assisting. It should be noted that I have an authorization signed by the patient to allow me to access the information requested. I spoke with Megan who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I began relaying to her the information I needed and she interrupted me by saying “I’m going to stop you right there.” She also said the doctor and nurse have called me and my receptionist multiple times, which was inaccurate after checking the notes. She did not provide me with a sufficient explanation for why the doctor would not provide the information I asked her to provide. If she is on your customer service team, I would fire her immediately or you are going to receive more reviews like this one.
