Came here for FBI Background Check fingerprints. Their machine indicated that the fingerprints weren't valid, but they convinced me to submit them anyway, that they would be accepted. Charged me $50 and by the time I got to my car, I already had an email that my prints were rejected. If the machine is broken, then stop offering the service, but charging for a service you can't complete very dishonest. I went to another location, fingerprints were ready in two minutes and accepted (after paying $50 again), so the issue lies entirely with their machine.

I never leave reviews like this ever and I hate to be a, ‘Karen,’ but I feel like this is warranted. I’ve never had any issues here, until I came in to drop off some packages at the drop off box today. As I was dropping off the packages in the box, a man opened the door and commanded, “Give me them,” in a rude and disrespectful way. After this, I was walking away and he proceeded to slam the door extremely loud and grunt. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on other people, it really upset me. That’s all.

Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve had way better customer experiences at the Erie locations. I literally called 4 days in advance bc my mailbox was jammed packed from the mail carrier, and they were nice and said they’d collect my mail at the local usps. So I go to pick it up as discussed, and whoever you have working on Saturday morning is so mean! Literally was having such a great day, til I stepped foot in there to be given such an attitude and rudeness over a simple request to pick up my Mail. Time to get a nicer employee to take care of the public. He obv isn’t happy to work on a Saturday or something.

As if USPS could not get any worse. This specific location has hired a 5’4” male, and he let me know that he lovesBeing a jerk.Used recyclable bags shipping T-shirts and the guy told me twice that the bubble mailers were way stronger even though they are made out of the same material. Little did he know there was also a liner in my package. I essentially made my own mailer.Halfway through getting some of the packages mailed out, this man raises his voice when I compare the packages, and said that they should be refused, when met with logic of it comes down to who handles it, and the material is the same in comparison. When I grabbed one, he raised his voice. customers.“SIR IM NOT GONNA ARGUE…”Sounds like he was…I’ll never be back. Nor will my family nor should anyone

The Post Office I visit is in Fairview,PA.currently have a P.O. Box. If I forget my key, I provide my ID and tell them my box #, and they get the mail out for me. Always so helpful!
