Like many other people that wrote reviews, I also purchased an item via Goodwill auctions (3 vintage magazines) for around $20 or so. What arrived was a 4-pack of Calvin Klein underwear. Just to add some context here, I NEVER buy underwear online. There's one store where I buy underwear and I drive there and buy them in person.
When I reached out and said that someone there must have made a mistake and sent the wrong item, I was rudely and defensively told that there was no way they made this mistake and that I must be mistaken and/or lying. They asked me to send pictures of the packaging and the underwear (as if this proves anything), which I did. Then they responded with "the package says 8.4 lbs, there's no way that a 4-pack of underwear weighs 8.4 pounds" as if that somehow proves that they didn't make the mistake. Because my original purchased items (3 vintage magazines) surely wouldn't weigh 8.4 lbs either. Hmmmm.
Whoever responded to my inquiry about my missing/wrong item should be fired immediately - their rudeness and lack of customer service is unforgiveable and unacceptable. From what other reviewers are saying, this sounds like an ongoing issue involving multiple "mistakes" with shipping and possibly theft.
Update - I spoke with the manager that handled my transaction and shipping dispute and they actually apologized and gave me a refund, which I accepted. I just hope they treat people a little better in the future.

I purchased coins and they mailed me the package. I received them and several were missing. The manager told me too bad, and told me she sent them. After I contacted Corporate, she finally sent me return postage and she said my money would be refunded. She then refused to give all my money back after she got the product back! BUYER BEWARE! Caveat Emptor! This is likely a pattern and appears so in the other reviews.

Terrible place to work SC store needs new management and Regional and District management is a joke they treat employees terrible. We manager and Regional manager and District manager meet at SC store they do nothing but sit in the office all day .

This head office called the Oil City store today and changed the sale colors/prices as I was standing at the counter to checkout and would not honor the sale color they had been advertising for two days. Extremely unprofessional and I would not have left the house today if not for one item that they eventually changed the price on. Oil City staff was great but this was truly unprofessional from a management standpoint, especially during a pandemic.

Goodwill is not a place to work because they lie about giving people a second chance at their job. They rather fire them. They are LAIRS and CEO'S are always on vacations. They are multi million company and DON'T pay their employees minimum wage. They pay less the any other job.
